The room looked Nothing like the Pictures. The toilet was up against the sink, the toilet paper holder was on the other wall and you couldn't get paper off the old messed up holder. The freezer was iced up, hallways and stairwells were filthy. The property grounds had trash on it everywhere, tree branches and Doller Tree shopping carts next to dumpster. Horrible!

This Microtel was not as nice as the one in Champaign. Wall paint is in bad shape. Clean in the bathroom. Just seems a little worn.

Guys at the front desk were always there to help us, definitely need more hotels with staff like this.

Did not get the previously requested ground floor room upon arrival late that night but was allowed to move to such the next morning. A irritating inconvenience considering the amount of luggage i had to move.

The room was supposed to sleep 5 people. I called to make sure we could get a roll away bed and was told yes (but the person didn’t speak English very well). When we arrived there was no option for a roll away bed. We asked for extra blankets for the 5th person to sleep on the floor and was given 1 sheet. Our room only had 2 towels, so when I asked for 3 more he said “I can give you 2”. I had to tell him I needed 3 because there are 5 of us and I’m not having anyone share towels. The room was horribly musty and damp. It did not seem to be overly clean…maybe because it was so damp and musty. Overall it was horrible and I hope I never have to stay at a Microtel ever again.

It was awful. The ceiling was falling apart in the bathroom, there was, what looked like dried blood spots on the floor and walls and the kicker was going to use the microwave and finding it filled with mold. I was there for work so I sucked it up for a night and literally slept with my shoes on. After finding the mold I showed them and told them I wanted a refund. They only gave me half because I "wasn't bothered to begin with". I finally found a hotel with vacancy after crying to the person on the phone. I had to wash all of my work clothes because they had a moldy wet smell to them from sitting in that room. absolutely disgusting.

It's usually clean and safe. The staff is nice. There is a basic, free breakfast. Haven't had any issues here.

It served it's purpose for what we needed to do.

Good for a one night stay. Close to air museum. Fast food close by. Stray too far and the neighborhood gets tough.

Upon check-in, we noticed that we only had 1 bath towel for our room of 5 occupants. We also noticed that the “blankets” on the beds consisted of only 2 top sheets and a very thin blanket. I asked the employee at the front desk for 4 more towels, enough for all of us, as well as a couple of extra blankets for the beds. After multiple attempts, including being told by the employee to come back later since the manager could not be reached, I was never given enough towels for my rooms occupants. I was never given any extra blankets, only a single top sheet. I was told multiple times that I already had enough towels in my room, even though I checked the entire room thoroughly a couple of times. I also asked about a roll away bed for one of my children, and was refused. I felt insulted and demeaned. I was courteous the entire time and was only asking for what my family needed for a descent stay. We shared each others wet towels, went to sleep and checked out the next morning, cutting our stay short and forfeited money at this property in order to enjoy warm and courteous customer service at a different property in town. Other Microtels may be fine, but I would never recommend this property due to their mismanagement and lack of courtesy and respect for their clients.

Simple accommodation, clean rooms, convenient to Air Force Museum. Front desk person somewhat lacklustre but otherwise good value.

Decent hotel. No obvious lack of care regarding upgrades or maintenance. The breakfast was the bare minimum- no hot foods like scrambled eggs/sausage/hashbrowna. Very friendly staff, but they start their day early and it’s not a good soundproof door, so be ready to get woke up early.

Tiny room. Just not comfortable in minor ways. Concrete walls. Shower has no power - couldn't get the shampoo out of my hair. Fitted sheets were too small and kept flipping off the corner of the bed. And the most irritating- the room had those awful toilet paper holders that only let you get one square at a time. Like I said, little annoyances but they add up to a bad stay.

Vehicle was damaged in their parking lot, big ding due to someone bamding it with a car door. I was parked in the middle of the parking space. I doubt I will return.

The microtel is a clean, friendly, and safe place to stay for a cheap budget. It doesn't have high end fixtures but you shouldn't expect that with the cost. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The place is kept clean as well. It was worth the price they charge

My stay was comfortable and peaceful

We could not open the window because of no screen. Musty smell in room. Lihhting was horrible i the room. Continental breakfast was awful. It was very dirty from the time we got in until we left

Stay was a single night during a road trip with friends. Hotel was basic, but clean and comfortable.

For what it is this hotel was decent. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Common areas of the hotel, stairs hallways ect. were not as clean as they should be and are in need of updating. Service was good, they let me check in early and check out was quick and smooth. Free breakfast was nothing to write home about.

Place was comfortable some very noticeable damage in room and property and garage all along back area where people smoke. Beds were comfortable. Food is less than desirable
