We were just passing thru and it was a good place to stay. It had a good breakfast also

This was a nice hotel propriety for the price.

This location will steal your money. We were displaced due to a storm and booked two nights with the travel insurance for early cancelation. After checking in I received an email about our power being restored before we went to sleep, I went to the front desk immediately to cancel our second night. We checked out well before 7 am the next day and were told we had to wait for the hotel manager to approve that cancelation as the current staff on duty didn't know how to do the approval. We followed all the steps given to us by the hotel and Expedia on the refund process which we were in what was in the agreement this hotel has pretty much stolen my money for a night we never used.

Very noisy till about midnight.

My only complaint is that the room was a little dark even with all the lights on.

Staff was friendly. Zero interaction other than check in/ check out. Room was ok, fairly priced. Hot tub permanently closed but not properly closed off (unless 2 loose pieces of plywood thrown over part of it and 1 pc of caution tape across part of it is proper). Not very safe at all considering the kids playing in the pool started to go in it to get a ball that went in it. I was there when there were lots of kids there, when a ball hit the ceiling fire system and set off the water system into the pool. It was a mess but also not predictable. 2 adults were in the pool and all kids got out quickly. The staff remained calm and I think in shock, like anyone that witnessed it. This hotel could use some maintenance. They need to update to no hot tub as that is the only filter I use to book a room. I got a good night sleep still so overall not a terrible stay.

Comfortable bed and good sized room. Fine for an overnight near the highway stop. The area around the hotel is not appealing but for an overnight that didn’t matter so much.

Very friendly and helpful lady at the front desk. Large room that was clean. Blackout curtains. Liked having a fridge with a top freezer drawer. Large bathroom with nice tub and shower. The only drawback was the AC wasn’t producing enough cold air during a hot spell and we kept it in high. Otherwise, it was great.

This hotel was the most clean hotel I ever stayed at...staff super friendly...

The internet wasn’t any good so I couldn’t get any work done until I left the room and cable wasn’t any good so i couldn’t wind down and watch tv after a long day of work and towels they gave me were all dirty the hotel needs to be renovated asap

Stayed local last minute due to our hot water heater giving out. Besides a few hiccups in the beginning, it was really a much needed respite. The staff and the hotel are very much appreciated. The staff are friendly, and that's a welcome change from the other local hotels. The stay was entirely different, in a welcome kind of way. We had a very nice stay. Thanks.

Great place to stay!

The staff was super helpful. We missed breakfast by 15 minutes, but they went out of their way to heat up some eggs and sausage for us. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Normally, when in a strange bed, I have problems sleeping. But I slept completely through the night both nights.

Convenient to toll road. Many dining options in area.

All okay, very satisfied with this stay.

Property seemed clean. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Only complaint would be to get some better coffee.

Rooms were very clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Convenient to turnpike and getting to South Bend.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Having a refrigerator in the room was super convenient. The only downside was the coffee was terrible. But overall it was a great stay.
