This property has a nice lively vibe to it and people hang out near and outside the lobby late into the night :) Initially, the surrounding area looked sketchy based on our Uber drop (that included driving through what looked like a defunct post-industrial complex), but the place turned out to be quite safe and happening. The only thing that was an issue for us was the size of the tiny elevator, and with our considerable baggage, it took us a few times to get them all moved in and out. Overall, we like the property, and will definitely consider staying here next time.

Just now value for the amount paid. Absolutely a motel feeling. Just way too much spent on a motel. I will never go back to this 'hotel' again

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Room service was good. Breakfast was enough and constant for all guests with a variety of different foods catering for all. Local to all transportation to airport and Zürich HB. Also various different cusine restaurants around and coffee bars. Overall good location and comfortable hotel.

Had issue with shower drain. Staff was quick to move us to another room. Location is not near city center. That said easy to get around with tram located nearby.

Close to train station and car rentals, Novotel offered all the amenities. Special mention for the lady at the front desk that took extra care to answer all our questions (sorry do not have a name). Property mentions a pool but it's more a leisure one and tends to be quite crowded.

This property engages in the practice of renting your prepaid room to someone else if you arrive late, say after 10pm, banking on you might not show up until the next day, then they make double the money on your room. I arrived at 12:30am due to flight delays, my room was “oversold” and they sent me to another hotel. They did this even though my family had checked into their rooms already for our 3 nights stay and told them that I’d be arriving late. Even though the hotel covered all the expenses of sending me to another hotel for one night, including taxi service, it’s still a very poor experience. My son and I were exhausted from traveling for over 20 hours to get there, the additional hassle was not appreciated. Furthermore, it should be illegal to give away a room that was prepaid for a specific property. I do not recommend this hotel.

I travel 150days a year and this was the worst price for value yet. Second time in this Hotel (last time 6 yrs ago) Daily personnel super professional and good, but the peeps in the nightshift not so much. Not really a four star experience. Bartender guy is five stars and the gym was OK. Cheers.

This hotel is a little bit outside of the city center. It was easy enough to get around and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. The pool was nice and my kids had fun playing in it after a long day. The room was very small and tight for a family of four but we made it work. The refrigerator is also very small so we couldn’t stock up on drinks.

It was an excellent one-day stay, and we will probably return.

Located in techno park so not a very appealing area of Zurich, and far to get to places though a train station and bus stand are nearby. Took an hour to check in. Staff was kind but understaffed perhaps, though I feel the entire check in process could be easily streamlined or automated to impove on this. A few free mini bar items including water/juices and the cleaning staff were kind to give us some extras. Lastly, the rooms are average in terms of design and space to sleep for a party of 4, and the pillows smelled of sweat.

To ensure it's libel-proof, you could rephrase it like this: The accommodation felt cramped for four individuals, with limited functioning appliances and insufficient seating arrangements. Despite requests for repairs and additional amenities, the issues remained unaddressed. At the price point of approximately $430 per night, the overall value did not meet expectations. [Breakfast was nice and also Christina was very kind!]
