Fabulous time, our apartment was awesome & the staff were fabulous.
Great central location with beach across the road, shopping centre with supermarket just down the road along with fabulous cafes & restaurants.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family & friends!!

The establishment had no details of our reservation when we arrived. We had to make another booking on the day which added another $278 to our trip. I did not take a printed copy of one of your e mails as there was no reference in any of your notes. What happened??

The front entrance and lobby give the impression that this hotel is classy. However my room was dated and univiting. A carpeted floor or rug would have been nicer as the tiled floor was cold. The couch was very uncomfortable. Despite this the room was like a unit and had everything that was needed and is centrally located.

Apartment in good condition but could be updated. Great pool and spa. Great sauna. Terrible gym. Great location across the road from the beach. Lovely part of Kirra beach.

the unit was bland no brightness or colour -has not been updated since it was built no utensils for even the use of the microwave; did not inspect any other units- hope that they were in better condition-one of the chairs on,the balcony was broken and in a dangerous condition will be trying elsware next time (ps) the view was great

Allocated a ground floor apartment next to reception. Above the garage and the bins. Was woken early with gardeners outside our room and on the balcony. Also cleaners outside our room at 6.30 and chatting next to reception… nice people, terrible room location

Friendly check-in. We got there early, so they stored our luggage and called us when the room was ready. Beautiful fragrant candles in reception - a nice touch. The 2bed/2bath “room” was clean and exceeded our expectations. The property is directly across the road from and overlooking the beach The view is stunning. Shops and restaurants are a short stroll away.

There was a couple of things that weren’t particularly hospitable. Mostly because the room didn’t have a table and chairs and the floor in our room was not so clean. No one asked into how settled we were and we managed okay.

Very over priced property definitely not up to standard for the price they are charging! I am glad I only stayed one night to check it out.. the location was excellent lots of restaurants nearby and shopping centre one block away.

We liked the access to the beaches. The property felt safe and secure.
The living /dining area was quite small for a 3BRM apartment and there were quite a few things that needed repairing and updating.

Great ocean views. Nice pool and spa area.
No wifi unless you pay or join accor app which you still had to ask reception for and was device limited and slow. Spa was turned off until you ask, everything else needs a key from reception. Next door apartment was getting a renovation so very noisy, would have booked elsewhere if had known about this in advance.

Staff were lovely. We asked for a twin bed for our boys but when we got there they were both kings. We asked if we could have a sheet and we would separate the beds ourselves. They ended up calling staff to change it within 5 mins very helpful. The room was large with stunning beach views in every room on the 15th floor.. only small down side was, it can be noisy from the pub across the street at night on friday-sunday. If we were down any lower this would have been very annoying so if your looking for quite time go monday to Thursday.
