It served its purpose

A long day and a long drive. I landed at the Hampton at 12:30 AM. It’s easy to find, but the doors were locked in security mode. The desk clerk, Mike, came out to let me in. Greeted me with a big smile and a friendly voice. He promised to get me into my room quickly after asking how I was. The checkout was quick and efficient. He gave me a couple of waters to hydrate quickly gave me the details on morning, breakfast and amenities and sent me to my room. A true professional great start to in all two short stay

This hotel was adequate but certainly not at the level I expected for the price I paid. I don't think I have ever paid this much for a hotel room that was pretty basic. Plus, I had reserved a king size bed with a sofa but got two queens instead. The front desk person said on their computer I had reserved a 2 queen bed. I used Hotel.com to book this room so maybe that was the disconnect. I will most likely try other booking sites in the future.
On a positive side, the front desk people were always friendly and nice. We appreciated their courteousness. And when my husband told them that our closet door was locked so they sent up a maintenance guy and showed us that the handle doesn't turn...you just pull to open the door. So we laughed and thanked him for his time.

The hotel is dated and The carpet in our room was musty. Staff members were nice and friendly. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water upon check in.

Honestly, I always love to stay Hampton inn for their nice service and breakfast. I was really surprised for this property where nothing was good to mentioned:
1. Elevator makes cracking loud noise and we can’t even sleep.
2. Refrigerator was broken and request them they to fix, but person came and just turn off and turn on and then gone. In the morning when I was telling to the front desk they in the front desk on Sept 2nd around 9am, she got irritated as I was telling about the refrigerator.
3. Last suprised thing was worst breakfast and worst among all Hampton inn experience.

Breakfast was average to below. Carpet stains around the facility. Full trash cans. Overall cleanliness was below average. Staff seemed friendly and willing to help or answer questions.

My spouse found broken glass in the pool which could have been dangerous and no working fan in the bathroom.
Otherwise, it was clean, beds were confortable and the breakfast was good.

The property looked OK online, but when we checked in and went down to the pool, everything changed. There is thick, heavy, dark sand, and dirt in both the pool and the hot tub. Both are very physically and unkept. The exchange pipes are placed in rocks just at ear level so sitting in the hot tub. All you hear is this loud disgusting sucking sound. Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night. There was zero communication from the staff. They didn’t let us know what was happening or if it was safe to go back in. The bedrooms themselves were fairly clean.

For the daily rate I was charged for this property I was disaapointed. I have stayed in more updated Hampton Inns, but this one was outdated with poor linen and bed coverings as well.

I would not recommend this hotel. The hallway wall panels are falling off showing exposed wires. The room was dirty and dusty. I turned on the fan and all this dust and particles blew into my face. The beds squeaked and were uncomfortable. The furniture had rips. The place is run down and needs updates.

We attended a wedding at Granite Links Country Club and this was literally a 8 minute ride. Worked out amazing. Great price, staff was nice and pleasant and friendly.

Thank you for having additional food options every morning instead of the same items. Didnt know the hotel was under construction would have liked to know that before arriving but it didnt bother us, its just nice to know. Excellent staff there was an issue with the hot tub the first day after the water pipes on wood rd happened and alerted someone got taken care of to be ised next day! There was a soda spill in one of the elevators and let someone at front desk know and it was taken care of right away!
My suggestion: new foot surface for hot tub the one that is there is rough on the feet a smooth surface would be good just like the pool's. And liked the fresh baked cookies!

Check in was smooth and great customer service. Breakfast was promt, fresh and delicious. Room was clean and well stocked with full size shower items and lotion. Will definitely choose again when staying in that area. Perfectly located for our destination itinerary.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was good. Our room was spacious and clean and quite. Complimentary breakfast every morning was great. The indoor pool and hot tube were great. We recommend this hotel especially if bringing kids.

Every thing about the Hampton Inn Hotel in Braintree ma.was great until my wake up call never arrived and had to rush to get my plane departure time but i would stay there again because mistakes happen.
