The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and relatively clean. The tub faucet wasted water waiting for water to get hot. The tub drained a little slow. The sink drain was clogged and that was the room's main issue. We didnt turn on the ac/heater so we have no review.

Beds were comfy. Bathroom was tiny for 1 person let alone 4 people and some towels were stained. Only 1 shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided to be shared among 4 people which wasn’t ideal. Good choice at breakfast although dining area was cramped. Staff were pleasant and polite. Room was fine but could do with updating. We would’ve liked to have a safe. Handy having the fridge and microwave. Good price and we found it easy to drive to Quincy Adam’s station and park there to get into Boston on the train. Good dining options nearby.

This place fit the bill for price and was had very comfortable pillows and mattresses. It had a pretty good continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, and an automatic waffle maker. It was also the standard oatmeal, toast and cereal, etc.
We met the manager and he was so nice. I would stay here again for a quick night in town.

We had a very comfortable stay at Best Western Braintree. The front desk person was very pleasant. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. It provided a great night’s rest for us!

We happily paid a little extra for early check in which made our overall arrangements much easier. Room was comfortable and clean, though plumbing and ac was a bit noisy. Breakfast was simple but adequate Hotel was conveniently loxated for Boston and Logan.

The older man that works the Friday overnight shift is excellent A++++ customer service.

Definitely recommend! Staff was friendly, room was clean and the room had a good size fridge with a working freezer. If we’re in the area again we’ll return.

When I checked in I was told “no company” after 9pm. I was shocked and not pleasantly surprised. The room was clean. As soon as you open the door the bathroom sink was right there. That was odd to me.
