Such a convenient location to the theater we were attending. Friendly staff at checkin and checkout.

The staff were perfectly friendly but we were woken up at 5:30 am by the fire alarm, evacuated, then quickly shuffled back inside with little more than a brief apology and no explanation for what happened. Doors slamming at 8am woke us up after a fitful nights sleep.

Very comfortable and clean room. John at desk very helpful, and thorough. He recommended a local Thai restaurant that is excellent. Minor irritant: The parking garage beneath the hotel is open, anyone from street can walk right in. However, that's mitigated by the presence of many security cameras. Nice location. Nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The property is not conveniently located and the parking is dreadful.

Biggest downside- the room had a moldy smell.
Biggest upside- the best was super comfortable.
Office chair in the room was broken. Breakfast items poorly stocked after 8am. Air conditioner in the main area of my suite broken and did not blow cold. No convenience stores anywhere nearby. But, the front desk help seemed friendly, so I was grateful for that.
Next month I'll be looking into other options.

Friendly check in and checkout! Lovely room. I came down for a cup of coffee in the morning of checkout and the breakfast room had closed … however an attendant asked me if I would like to have breakfast! So thoughtful … I didn’t, however this was thoughtful.

The lobby and room was exceptionally clean. The beds were super comfortable.
The parking garage is $20/day and only has a 6' clearance.

Everything was wonderful. Smooth check in and check out. Parking was convenient. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of choices. We even had the chance to use the fitness center, although limited, it had enough of what we needed to fit in a workout.

We were not happy that the breakfast was closed today at 9:45. The sign said till 10 and we rely on that. So no breakfast for us.
All other services were excellant.

We needed hotel because we had to do some work at a location myself and my crew and it’s place happen to be 11 minutes away but when we got there, the service was absolutely excellent. I definitely would recommend this location to anybody that happen to be going to Richmond, it was beautiful. The room was clean and clean. It was absolutely great.

I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very spacious and well equipped with everything we could have wanted in a hotel room. The staff was friendly and the hotel is in a great location within walking distance of many restaurants and the Civil War Museum. If I ever find myself in Richmond again, I will definitely stay there again.
