shuttle to and from the airport was convenient, my flight was delayed and arrived late, called the hotel and they sent a shuttle immediately, hotel staff at check in were great, would stay again.

We stayed on this hotel with friends and kids. Room are great and bigger than we expected. Customer service in registration are great. Breakfast are good but it run out of food for some late guest.

Staffs are helpful. For guests who are driving in, the location is not easy to navigate

Not driver friendly. The hotel has only one entrance on the International Way. It is hard to approach, especially during the night, as it located right at a busy freeway junction area with merging lanes. In my stay of 3 days, I almost always miss the turn once or twice each time. There was a time my apple map thought the parking lot in front of the hotel belongs to it, and kept directing me to the other side of the lot, which has no access to the hotel at all.

The hotel stands alone close to nothing at walking distance. When i called from the airport for the shuttle they told me 15 ninutes and max 20 minutes, i had to wait o er 40 minutes . Staff dont really care. The resturant has strong smell of fried food. Even the hallway in the 4th floor where i stayed had a very unpleasent smell of cooked food. Even the beverage machine did not have any cold water to buy. To be fair the front desk guy was nice enought to give me 2 samll warm bottles of water. If you want to go cheap and sont care about quality this will be the place. I did make my reservation in a hurry becasue my. Onnection flight was canceled.Next time ill spend few more moments before i book a hotel

Pedro, Steve, and Breakfast Attendant Christian were so incredibly helpful. Pedro took exceptional care to make my stay less stressful. Attentive, thoughtful, courteous service. I would definitely return. I stayed from August 17th - August 18th.

Nice and comfortable with good size rooms. Limited transport options to get there other than by car or via transfer from the railway station. Didn't appear to be able to walk from Newark Airport. Hotel restaurant did decent food and offered room service.

Wish the area was better but overall great property, surprised with the Jacuzzy in the room

Had a great experience at this Best Western recently staying one night prior to a morning flight out of Newark. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was huge, very good accommodations with 2 queens and a sleep sofa for the price, and had a lot of amenities that the expensive boutique hotels these days don’t have, like a microwave, mini fridge, coffee, maker, etc. And free breakfast! The beds were quite comfortable And the sheets and towels were of good quality. The location is very convenient, the airport shuttle was great. I will say it is very difficult to get the property, even though you can see the hotel in the distance. When you use GPS coming from one direction, it tries to send you through no entry zone employee parking lot for the airport, and figuring out how to loop back on one way roads and highways was a bit stressful. And the decor is outdated by 30 years in the rooms, but with all the other pluses, who cares? Thanks.

It was in a convenient location. The parking lot was full and cars were parked on the lines and taking up space, making it difficult to find a good spot for our suv. There was a gigantic cockroach in our room next to the bathroom door and it went into a small hole in the wall.

Unfortunately Newark has challenges and this hotel reflects those challenges. Even though we paid a good amount of money for this hotel, we had some very frustrating experiences. Simply finding it can be difficult for the first time customer. Then when there, parking is tight. Further, the larger hotel rooms seem to have been updated with materials from the 1990's and felt a bit grimy: the floors were sticky and the walls still dusty - yes, dust is thickly clinging to the walls. This sounds a bit harsh, but it is clear the owner/operator is not willing to invest in the property and simply milks the business as best as possible. If you can help it, stay away until a new owner/operator comes along and invests in the property with proper updates. BTW: The staff were excellent.
