Great service & check in but at night you must use key to re enter hotel. the next morning card was already deactivated before check out and had to be reactivated in order to get back in room before check out. Very very clean affordable rates

Lobby was inviting and clean. We checked in late and the desk clerk was in his pajamas. As soon as we got on the elevator, we were choking on heat. It seems they only keep AC on in the lobby. It took our room hours to cool down. The bathroom had not been cleaned and there appeared to be blood on the floor. On a plus note, we only saw one roach! The entire bottom floor smelled of marijuana. All in all, pretty much what we expected for the price.

The hotel was excellent for exactly what I wanted. A one night stay before traveling on to my destination. It is a very convenient location, close to many different restaurants. The only complaint I have was the water pressure for the shower. The pressure for a bath was excellent, but when you switched to the shower, it fell off dramatically. Otherwise, it was a nice night.

Everything was good. The check in lady was very nice and gave me an excellent recommendation for dinner! The only thing that was disturbing and very frustrating was that my credit card was charged $20.00 for “incidentals”. What REALLY made me mad was at check out the next morning was that I had been told it would be put back on my card when I checked out. The lady checking me out that morning could not speak hardly ANY English and had to go ask why it would not be put back on my card until sometime after 11:00AM!!! RIDICULOUS! And UNNECESSARY! Her lack of English and not putting the $20.00 on my card immediately really ruined the ‘stay experience”. I doubt I will stay there anytime in the near future because of it. You also advertise on the web a breakfast included, but there was none!! Fix this false advertising!

arrived and received keys to a dirty room unmade beds bag of trash and water bottles in the room
she showed us a second room and upon opening the door we were greeted by a roach offered us a 3rd room and became upset because I didn't want to stay with roaches. She told me to quiet down so other guests wouldn't be made aware of roaches.

They need to do better keeping up with maintenance. The water pressure was very low in the shower. The bathroom door latch was broken. The A/C in the 2nd floor hall ways didn't work.

Disappointing Stay - Unclean Rooms and Poor Customer Service
I stayed at this hotel for two weekends in a row because it was conveniently located near where my daughter was taking a class. Unfortunately, both experiences were extremely disappointing due to the poor cleanliness and unprofessional service.
During my first stay, I noticed several issues, including a dirty room, smelly blankets, and dusty table, dirty lights & nasty fridge. Despite these problems, I chose not to write a review, instead leaving a note in the room with my suggestions for improvement.
To my surprise, when I returned the next weekend and was given the same exact room, none of the issues had been addressed. The room was still dirty, the blanket had not been washed, and I even found the same black olive from my pizza last weekend still on the floor. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned at all. I also found the note I left the previous week still untouched.
When I approached the front desk, the manager was unavailable, and I was met by a short Indian lady who seemed to be responsible for housekeeping. When I politely requested clean sheets, she responded with a rude attitude, telling me that if I was complaining, I should take a refund for the day and leave the hotel. She then walked away, showing no concern for my situation.
This encounter made me more suspicious, and upon inspecting the bed sheets further, I discovered bed bugs. I requested to speak with the manager again but was told h

I guess it’s good enough for a quick one night stay in Smyrna. They advertised a breakfast, but was not provided. It looked like the only people staying there was to get a quick high, but they didn’t bother us. First floor smelled like weed. Bed felt like it was 40 years old. But I will say the place was cleaner than I thought it was going to be. It’s close to the Braves stadium and Whitewaters.

Shower pressure was weak, room did not have a DND tag inside room, no bottled water was provided and vending machines were inoperable. Luggage storage prior/post checkout was also not an available service. Despite requesting a late checkout, was still asked about checkout around normal checkout time.

The sheets were very clean, but the blanket had cigarette holes and stains. The shower handle, drain, and outside door and handle were broken. You can tell that they try to keep it clean and it smells like bleach other cleaning products. However, the property just desperately needs to be renovated.

Hotel room was clean with a few details that could’ve been touched up. (Clean up behind the tv, spots here and there.) Bed and sheets were clean. The hotel itself needs a bit of maintenance, but extremely friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is next door to a popular club, so night life will be apparent on the weekend. The location may seem a bit sketch, but it is safe.

The place needs a deep cleaning. The condition of the building’s exterior and interior speak to a high degree of neglect. I would try another hotel or spend a little more for something that is cleaner. The roaches in the bathroom were a big problem as well.

No hot water, bathroom door was split, and wouldnt stay closed. Phone in room didnt work. Hair dryer was broke and not working.

Whole room was in poor condition. Pulled the sheets back there was hair and spider webs. Bathroom was nasty. Will never stay again. Had to bd transferred to 3 different rooms. Still no working fans

Staying at the property was very unsatisfactory. Our towels had hair in them that were "fresh". The tub had hair in it when we got in. They told us they would cancel my reservation because we didn't check in right at 3 (we were traveling and had work). The toilet was loose coming out of thr ground. The pillows were flat and the light didn't work the first night. The shower had no pressure and when you look at the head, there was a lot ie grime and water buildup. The room was nonsmoking but there were ashes on the air conditioner. Overall, I would recommend going somewhere else.

Linens were dirty, bathtub and toilet plug , the toilet bowl loose, no fire alarm, ask for another room and instead of upgraded it they offered my a worst one. Ask for credit and they don’t want. Ask to talk to the manager and he was going to be available after my check out.,

There were two incidents that occurred. The first one was despite having I do not disturb sign inserted in the key area housekeeping still came in the room and violated my privacy. The second incident which is most severe for the reason I can’t bring myself to even critique other areas high is the fact that they had bedbugs. Once it was brought to the attention of the general manager there was no remedy offered. Customer Service went from being great to a complete failure! The manager suggested that I could have went up the street and found a bedbug and then brought it back. despite having a bedbug in the plastic cup that I brought from the room there was no remedy offered.
He offered to have pest control to come in the next day and do a report and if they saw bedbugs because there had to be more than one then he would consider remedy. But we all know that was a lie. I gave him plenty opportunity to make a right and he prefer that I call the health department and write this review.

Place was clean and in a good location in town. However, the room was in disrepair, lights broken, door was messed up and couldn't be locked properly and toilet wasn't screwed down and would move if you sat on it. Also the hot water was barely warm.

My room had a horrible smell, no working air conditioner. The refrigerator was not working. They also charged me a holding fee of $40 an have not return my money. I will be seeking out legal assistance for not receiving my holding fee. I tried reaching out the manager no answer.

Upon arrival to our room, we walked into a hot hotel room that smelled horrible! We turned the air on which blew Luke-warm air out, and proceed to wait for the room to cool off. While waiting we decided to begin to unpack, while unpacking we found dirty stained lampshades and a disgusting rusted/plastered shower. The overall appearance of the room was nothing like what the Expedia website had advertised. My husband went downstairs to ask about the air and see how long it would take to cook off. They said the room should cool off within 20-30 minutes. So, we continued to wait and see. However, after 30 minutes the room was still close to 80 degrees. My husband went back downstairs to speak with a manager and see if we could switch rooms. We were told there was no other rooms available. My husband asked if we were able to get a refund as it would not be possible to stay in that room without air and 2 small children in the Georgia July heat. The manager said that since we booked through Expedia we would have to reach out to them. We reached out to Expedia, and after some time they stated that the hotel and decided not to refund our money. We have reached out to Expedia and we will be reaching out to the hotel again also. However, I would not recommend this hotel at ALL, and I would not use Expedia for any future bookings. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior! Both ruined our family trip and experience!!!

1st room they gave us was terrible. Almost as if it had not been cleaned in years. Bed was beyond terrible and filthy as was the bathroom. And when brought up to the front desk they said there was only one other smoking room available and they were not willing to budge from giving us any other kind of room. The next room was better but not by much. There was excrement still on the side of the toilet from who knows how long ago. But the bed, though OLD, was clean at least. The next morning my wife woke up with an allergic reaction and the staff could careless, not surprise there. Not that they would have known of her allergies but no remorse at all. I would not recommend anyone from staying here.

The hotel and staff overall was good. The location was horrible. I shoildve done more research and thats my fault, not the hotel. Also, a very small parking lot, which is not good for people like me that are not the best drivers....
