It was near the gas station and cracker barrel

Customer service wasn’t welcoming.. rooms look like it need to be renovated..

It was over 1 hour and half before Breakfast was over and they didn’t restock milk the juice machine.

The second shift front desk attendant was great. He had a great attitude and great customer service. The hot water was great.

The front desk attendant was rude and she acted as if my reservation couldnt be found until I showed proof of confirmation. She later "found it" after refreshing the system. Breakfast is served way too early. Breakfast was served from 6:30am to 9:30am. There was no indoor pool. The 3rd shift attendant was no where insight. This hotel is located in a ghetto area. Very trashy area and a little creepy at night.

Location and price

I was on the third floor. I can hear everything above me and to my left to my right. The walls are very thin. The neighbor can't messing with the joining doors was very loud. The other neighbor I can hear his TV till about 4:00 a.m. . And the guy above me sounded like I heard elephants. I spent three nights there and I just couldn't believe the wall for so thin. And I thought that advertisement online said you guys had a pool. No pool. But that could be my mistake

The room was nice, breakfast was good.

The elevator too forever to get to each floor. We waited long every time we had to get on the elevator. The gym didn’t have much to workout with, just a few treadmills.

Room smelled musty and the coffe maker did not work. Front desk did not know about the tax exempt form.
