very affordable for the proximity to disneyland. very basic and will be suffice if you need somewhere to just sleep. walls are very thin and can hear everything that your neighbors are doing. not very family friendly when you have inconsiderate rowdy neighbors. forfeited a night stay due to discomfort. will definitely not be coming back.

2nd time staying here, can’t beat the price but definitely not a comfy bed, or any amenities so i only stayed because it was close to where I needed to go and was inexpensive. Okay for 1 night trips, but wouldn’t stay longer because I would need a better mattress and pillows and more/better amenities. I will stay again though for future 1-night only trips.

Motel 6 Anaheim Maingate is usually a good place to stay...with a 15-20 minute walk to the park...t makes it very convenient.
The only negative was the air conditioner didnt work. It only ran on fan mode. So my room was a little warm through the night. But other than that its usually a great place to stay.

Check in was easy and quick. When I wanted to take a shower there was no hot water, turns out the boiler broke. They were working on it until 1am and it was right outside my door. The entire time multiple people were right there laughing and talking, making so much noise. One of them noticed I turned my lights back on and started telling people to “shhh” then proceeded to get loud again. Front desk didn’t answer the phone 1st time I called, I tried again a little before 1 and they didn’t offer to change my room until I asked if they could do anything. The noise stopped a little after that, I didn’t move rooms but then it started again at 5am. It was a night of no sleep after already having a super long day. The room itself was nice and clean and comfortable but they were extremely unprofessional about the entire thing and should have offered to move me right when they realized the technician would be out there for hours. I requested a refund for the stay.

Our stay was great! Checked in a little late and front desk was super friendly! We had a last minute Disney trip and I would definitely recommend staying here! Walking distance to Disneyland is a plus!

Upon getting into my room and checking it over, there was questionable glass on the floor. There was tons of hair in the bathroom area sink area also a very disgusting thing on head board. Light switch’s had sticky stuff on them. The policy is second day house cleaning service had not cleaned my room before 4 PM. They did send a housekeeper up, but I just asked for fresh towels because I was so tired. I will say all the staff was kind and respectful also, the walkways were. Staff was informative of surrounding area. The saying you pay for what you get was true to this hotel the price was cheap.

The photos on this site are very deceiving. I don't usually stay at Motel 6, but based off photos, a couple good reviews and the fact that were tired from being at Disneyland all day is the reason we decided to stay. The lady at the front desk was a little rude, they charged like $70 for parking (we had 2 cars, but thats still a lot for parking at a motel 6. The room was dirty and 1of the beds had hair on it like the sheets weren't washed. Bathroom was very dingy.

The room was pretty big for a Motel 6. Please off room for a family and luggage. Walking distance from the House of Blues and the Downtown Disney/ Disneyland areas. Snack shop located in the lobby area. I felt very safe walking in the neighborhood.
Now for that cons:
The staff at reception was not very friendly and seemed rather annoyed at me during my check-in. Perhaps it was just and off day. Next was the bathroom sink in my room. The water pressure was next level. I tuned on the sink and was blasted with water and I had to turn it down to a trickle to wash my face or brush my teeth. Finally is that there is noise pollution from families getting up early, making noise, on their way in and out. I could hear every rolling bag and hear every conversation as people walked past my room. Since my room was located near the elevator it was pretty constant.

Last minute trip so I was fully prepared to get whatever…. To my surprise it was perfect! 3 min drive from Toy Story parking lot. I saw people walking from the park…. The loudest noise I heard was a parent telling a kid to stop running because people were sleeping… mind you I never heard the kid. It was a great place and we will be staying again.

1. Checked in to find a sign on the front desk advising customers that a $20/night parking fee was enacted in Sep. 24. Nothing was mentioned about that on the Hotels.com site. So, there was $40 extra that I was not planning on spending.
2. The desk clerk advised us NOT to expect our room cleaned daily due to being shorthanded.
3. The sleeping area of the room seemed clean but the bathroom was filthy. The shower was not clean and there was still urine (that splashed out of the toilet) on the floor. Needless to say, I wore my shower shoes in the room for the entire stay.
4. The pool and hot tub were closed (no explanation
5. The ice machine located near my room was not functional.
I do not recommend this establishment until they fix their many, many issues.

Requested an ADA room on the first floor or near an elevator for someone with a wheelchair. We were given a room in the very back of the hotel on the third floor. No elevator near by.
I’m me day there were workers n the third floor doing something to the flooring. When we were leaving, they told us we couldn’t go past them and we couldn’t leave the third floor.
Very little water pressure makes it very difficult to shower, wash hands, brush teeth, etc.
The toilet ran constantly.
Air conditioning unit was very loud when running.
The pillows suck and are uncomfortable
Room appearance was terrible, multiple shades of touch up paint on the walls. Chunks of dry wall were missing.
Fridge did not get cold.
The list goes on…you get what you pay for and we probably won’t be staying at this sleazy motel again. I know it’s not a Hilton but not sure how they are still in business

The hotel is poorly maintained and outdated, desperately needing renovations both inside the rooms and on the exterior. During our entire week-long stay, the hot tub and pool were "temporarily" closed and completely unusable. Additionally, they charge $20 per day for parking, which was not disclosed at the time of booking.

Very economical and within walking distance from Disneyland. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. Unfortunately the pool and jacuzzi were not working. Also, the outlet in the bathroom was broken and seemed in an unsafe condition.

This is an incredible budget option for families visiting the Disney parks. The rooms and facility are very basic, it's the location and price which are the real gem, here. If you're looking to save money on your visit and be walkable to Disney, this is your option. Will stay again and again.

It was a good stay, room was clean and quiet. Only thing is that we were not aware that this motel 6 location charged for parking! $24/night each car!!! So yes it’s a good stay, I feel like parking is a bit overpriced, but outside of that, a very pleasant experience!

We were first assigned an accessible room that was absolutely FILTHY! It had zero storage, no closet, no ventilation. The bathroom got extremely steamy because the vents don't work, the steam got into the hallway and bedroom, so much so that my hair frizzed while I was just lying in bed while my husband was in the shower. The door to the bathroom looked like cardboard and was crumbling. The door to the room had a huge gap in it that you could see people passing by in the hallway. The floors were so filthy and you could tell the moisture from the bathroom damaged the floors in the room. The bathtub was CRACKED.

Was prepared for this to be a dumpy hotel, based off other reviews that i have seen, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was large and looked like it had been recently updated. The lobby was large and clean. Their was plenty of parking, and they let me park super early on check in day. I was able to pay $40 to check in at 8am, which was super helpful.

The room floor was dirty and walls had stuff all over. Left milk in room, looked like someone threw stuff on tv and walls around it. Sheets had makeup on it and so blow dryer and hair on floor.

We normally really like motel 6, but this time was a bit rough. They were doing major construction on a row of rooms adjacent to ours and the work began promptly each day at 6am - no head’s up was given or discounted rate offered for the inconvenience. Additionally, when we were ready to check out and walked to our car for underneath the building, one of the custodians was mopping the exterior hallways on the 3rd floor and swept dirty bleach/chemical water all over my husband and I. It literally landed on my head, down my back all over my husband’s suitcase. If I hadn’t yelled, the person wouldn’t have even known someone was walking down there. In the future they need to have those areas seconded down, or a spotter watching out for them. I understand accidents happen, but I didn’t appreciate being drenched in chemical water on my way out.

Very convenient location and within walking distance to Disneyland, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms and beds are nice and comfortable. They have a mini fridge but no microwaves. Price ended up being a bit cheaper than what my online price was.

There was an additional $20 overnight parking fee that no one mentioned to us prior to booking so it was 60 extra dollars. They overcharged me initially until I corrected them per my rate from Hotels.com. Our bathroom sink did not drain. The hotel itself is not clean and there’s no TV remotes.

I booked this place based on the reviews. I dont know how there were so many a 10/10 reviees. Cause it sucked here. The buildingbis run down,the elevator has chips and cracks in the floor, the beds were hard, we have to do our own housekeeping.They only clean ,empty trash or get fresh towels upon checkout. I had to throw out my own garbage which left my room smelling like food, had i knoqn this i would have thrown my trash when i left my room in the morning. I had to go downstairs to get towels and toilet paper. Theres hookers hangingbout by the dumpsters. Oh and also they charge almost $25 eclxtra for PARKING!!!

The people in the room next me had kids that screamed at the top of their lungs like it was 1 in the afternoon at a park till 1230 am banging on walls and at 6:15 am it started again! Called front desk they said they were checked out but they weren’t, they said they would send someone but obviously they didn’t because it’s currently 7:14 am and it’s still going on!!! Worst experience ever!!!

Not your typical Motel 6, great stay, clean rooms. Walking distance to House of Blues Anaheim . We also saw a shuttle for Disneyland stop for guests. We also watched the fireworks from end of parking lot

This stay had some issues that I hadn’t experienced when staying here. There were small flying black bugs, mostly in the bathroom area, the handle in the shower was very loose and it was hard to find the exact spot for the warmest temperature, the hot water ran out during my shower and didn’t recover so my sister could take her shower, there was no hair dryer or tissue.
