We liked the room and the staff. Great place to stay within walking distance of most everything. Only complaint we really have is that the indoor pool was temporarily closed.

It was local to most activities.

This is our go to hotel when we visit. Always super happy and welcoming service and very clean room too. Breakfast there is my favorite way to start the day.

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff and good location. Usual hotel breakfast. But the best was the balcony with two comfortable chairs and the sounds of the river. Walkable to downtown.

Only problem was the excessive noise from the highway at night. Property located very close to busy highway.

Absolutely loved being right by the river! The rooms were nice and updated. My kids loved the pool and foosball table. The property is convenient to get to and with that comes some traffic noise.

Nice and scenic view from the balcony loved watching the bear roam around. Easy to get on the trolley to go downtown and walk around.

No water provided for hotel rooms and vending machines with drinks did not work. Had to cross the busy road to get water at the beer store.

Are 3rd trip and as always very happy to stay here just the right amount from town we can walk there without being to close and have to deal with any late night noise

Very nice property, right on the River with view from balcony. Thw roo. Smelled a little moldy-may have been in the air conditioning unit. Aside from this, everything was fine. Good amenities, pretty quiet, decent breakfast. 2 levels of parking. Did not ge to the pool. They have a small gym & laundry. Fridge & microwave in room

Great location over the river,easy walk into town and quick drive into national park. Room was clean and good water pressure in shower. Downside was main road very noisy and walls paper thin so room wasnt quiet

No parking available when we checked in. Was given a parking pass but lot was completely full. Had to make our own parking spot.

All good except little smell in room which goes away after some time, kitchen, washroom and sink crowded, BREAKFAT TOASTER NEVER WORKED HOPE THEY WILL BUY GOOD ONE.

Isn’t super close to downtown, but perfect for those that love listening to the river.

It was a very rundown property that was “fixed up” with pain and boards nailed over walls. Our room had lots of hair in the bathroom and in our bed.

We really enjoyed our stay! Having a balcony overlooking the river was amazing! It was very beautiful & peaceful! The beds were more firm than we’re used to but not horrible.

The street noise was loud and could be heard in the room . The view was pretty with the water

This was an excellent place! Tge room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Close to attractions and on the trolley line. We would definitely stay here again.

It was great! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! We were close to everything. It was a little noisy because of the main road but we didn’t mind. We wanted to be close to everything. Pictures are of the balcony and from the room.

Parking was quite tricky. View from the room (overlooking the river) was great.

CONS: Pulling into the property was tight especially with a full-sized pickup truck, parking was tight and the best way to park was to back in the stall, therefore all you really needed to do when you were ready to leave was pull right out. The motel/hotel is on a main drag and if you were going into Gatlinburg, towards the right, perfect, however if you were going towards Pigeon Forge on the left hard side, you could not always get out across the oncoming traffic. The hotel could have used an update on the outside of the building as it looked quite dated. PROS: Where do I start, the rooms were phenomenal. They looked like something that you would see in a magazine, there was two queen beds, a good-sized bathroom, with plenty of hot water for three adults at any given time. There was a college-sized refrigerator in the room along with a microwave. We were given plenty of towels to use and if we needed more, there was no hassles or problems asking for more. There was small patio overlooking a small stream where we saw, ducks, a crane and in the yards across the stream, a bear was sighted occasionally. The hot breakfast was quite good or better than what I was thinking we would get. Every morning, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cold cereal and milk, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and juice. I believe that you could make your own waffles also. You could walk into the city of Gatlinburg or even take a trolly which was free for all riders.

Extremely noisy area. Building is right by the road and cars are constantly revving engines and doing burnouts extremely late at night. Hard to sleep. We get up to leave town on our departure date and the complimentary breakfast was not ready well past the posted time. All in all, the rooms were decent and clean and probably wjat can be expected for the price these days of around $100. We dont stay in the room much, so the amenities dont mean alot to us as long as its clean. But the noise is a deal breaker.
