Hotel check in was fast and easy. Front desk was nice and helpful. Room had to be changed upon entering. Second room was fine, only issue was the water never got over luke warm. It wasn't a big deal for a 1 night stay. Overall property is dated but convenient good for 1 day or 2. Located within walking distance to several restaurants, ports and a block from the beach.

We have stayed at this property 5-6 times over the past couple years and this is by far the worst experience ever. Check-in went normal but upon entering into our room there was a horrible smell in there, my wife called the desk and they promptly sent someone up that came in and started spraying a spray all over the floor and said multiple times that she didn’t smell anything due to her nose being stuffy and said hope that is better but now you will have a wet floor. The spray worked for about 15 minutes. Later when we were getting ready for a shower I noticed 2 dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door then my wife noticed a very nasty stain on the wall beside the nightstand on the left side of the bed where something was splattered on the wall and not cleaned. About half way through the night we contemplated sleeping in the car due to the smell and the extremely hard mattress.

The one bedroom family room was perfect for what we needed.

For the price it was very good. Convenient location. Close to beach and other facilities. Very roomy accommodation but not the cleanist. Staff was adequate, not very friendly.

Close to eating spots. But not as clean as I would have liked carpet in room and hall way needs shampooing bad. And don’t get in any rush at elevator is slow.

Advertised as having a pool but its actually pool access a block away, mattresses were severely stained and broke in and empty liquor bottles left in the room.

Our room had a toilet that overflowed when we flushed it. It was raining and our ceiling was leaking water. The lights went out so we had to use the stairs. There were backup light in the stair wells but none of them worked but the one one the first floor so you had to use the stairs in the pitch black. I Think this hotel needs alot of maintenance.

Steve I believe was his name was fantastic during check in. We got the family suite was good enough for a night before cruise! Some rust spots on shower and Cabinets could be realigned but not as bad as some of the other reviews said.

I had the best stay ever at your hotel the customer service was great , super friendly everyone from the reception to the chambermaids, can’t wait to stay here again , you have everything within walking distance , the beach , super markets , good places to eat ,

Dirty carpet. Moldy bathroom. Smelly room. No hot water.

Room smelled musty. Shower didn’t have any pressure, just a trickle. Could not take a shower. Front desk said “sorry”. Not a proper resolution.

Can’t beat this room for location and comfort at this price. Stayed multiple times, never disappointed.

No hot water, broken TV in living room

The room was "stayable" carpet was stained, an empty tequila bottle was left in the room and the bed was caved in and had terrible stains. Sheets were clean though. Front desk staff were very friendly.

Rooms were perfect and comfortable. Quick walk to the beach and shops.

We drove in for a cruise and only needed somewhere to sleep for a couple hours. It worked for that. Night attendant was very nice and welcoming. Room was not super clean. Toilet tank was cracked and held together with silicone. Beds had stains so bad you can see through the sheets. Bathroom fixtures rusty. Need a update badly. It was cgeap and there is a reason why.

The room is good and spacious but the air conditioning not working at all my family can’t even sleep the whole night it’s so hot in the room

love that it’s just a short walk to beach. 2nd time staying and i will probably be back next year

The customer service was great. No complaints as far as workers. As soon as we walked into the front room there was a strong smell of urine. The bedroom wasnt quite as bad. We would have asked to switch but we got there after midnight. Its a shame cause we had no other issues...room was cold during the summer. Probably should mention the shower was old and missing the drain catch or filter or whatever you want to call it...

While it is in a decent location thats the main good part. The beds r terrible, 1 side had a noticeable hole/indent/was concaved. Outlets didnt work. Ac in 1 room didnt work. Couch is not comfy. Could get a better shower w a garden hose. Door from bed to living room didnt close properly. For a non smoking hotel is just smells of smoke. For 1 night we manahed but never anything longer

I didn't like this place at all. During our stay there was no hot water. I told them at the desk and she said she would take care of it and never did. I just wanted a shower. There is no laundry, or pool on site. That is all a block away which is a good distance. We will not stay here again.

Location. Excellent views of the Atlantic ocean.

Great location with beach right down the street and close to beach shops and restaurants. We went on a cruise and the location was not far from the port.

Was affordable, somewhat convenient, cleanliness and updating could have been better, transportation options we're limited, Staff was friendly and helpful.

I did not stay here. This was a fraudulent reservation. I did not make it. The hotel refuses to help me and issue a refund. I habe had to cancel my bank card and get a new one. Ive had to open a fraud dispute with my bank. Ive had to change my payment card on all my bills. Neither this establishment nor expedia is willing to help me. 0/10 do not recommend
