Not as nice as I was expecting, but a good location.

Beds had hair and sheets had stain not clean at all had to sleep on top of covers.floors was stain and dirty. Bathroom had hair and bugs in the lights fixtures and was pink slim around the bathtub. Bed hurt my hips very uncomfortable. But worse part was stain sheets and hairs all over the room

The hotel really needs to be shut down and clean. Carpets were filthy. Behind the dresser and the end tables was totally filthy.

We loved our room on the river and watching the ducks. We also enjoyed the outside breakfast area and the very good free breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

We actually did not stay for our reserved 2 night stay. We weren’t able to stay due to Hurricane Helene, and the hotel refused to refund our prepaid funds even though they were notified 3 days prior to our checking date. So the review is based off of the terrible customer service we received

Easy to find. Great visit. Only complaint was air conditioner didn’t cool the room down enough. It ran but wasn't cold, just kind of cool.

My only complaint was the wifi they were helpful in trying to solve the problem, but sadly never got connected had to use my own data. Connection kept disconnecting. Pillows was also not the best. But the river view was wonderful loved watching the ducks and geese.

Biggest room I've ever had at a hotel. Fireplace was a bonus.

Had to move rooms do to the first room being absolutely filthy with dirty toe nails under the mattress and bugs all over the floor. This place has went down over time. This is our 4th and last stay.

Love the hotel, nice and relaxing

My daughter and I were on a roadtrip and tge hotel looked nice andvdecently priced. I also stay ay horels that 8 stars or higher and this was an 8.2. You can see its been updated but still an older hotel that paint cant hide. The carpets feel dirty and really need a good cleaning and covering on the beds looked to have some stains. The breakfast wasnt bad but I choose not to eat the 2nd day. The eggs are very watery and tgere was no fruit or yogurt and I personally need something light like that. As soon as 9:30 hit on the dot, the staff cleared out the food. i got the last of the waffle batter which wasnt even a full cup and had a young man waiting fir the staff to refill the batter. They checked it and never came back and turned off the waffle iron hecwas standing next too. It was a tad rude. The ladies at the front desk on our check-in and check out were really nice and housekeeping were very friendly too. I wouldnt stay here again if I was back this way.

A very clean hotel

Very much enjoyed the stay at this property. Was here a year ago and returned for another stay. The rooms were large, clean, and very nice inside with large shower/tub and balconies. The TV allowed plug-in of any peripheral device you so choose, and will be very preferable to anyone who brings children entertained by a FireStick or other media streaming device. Great for cord cutters. WiFi in the building seemed to cover the entire property, but is was a little slower than one might expect at times (maybe overloaded?). For the handicapped, the property only has 4 spaces, and it's first come, first served. Not sure if they intend on expanding the number of spaces anytime soon, but the number seems to be consistent year after year. It's located close to the things you'll love... Dollywood, The Island, The Old Mill, etc., and all the dinner theaters along Parkway. You're a short ride into Gatlinburg and about 15-20 minutes into some of the shopping and entertainment in Sevierville, so you're centrally located if you want to do factory outlet store shopping or mountain exploring at Anakeesta or Ober.

The room was nice but had a musty smell, the tub had a little mold at the tub trap around joint. I noticed paint peeling around the window frames in the pool area.

Excellent customer service. Our air was not working so i made a service call tot he front desk. The unit could not be immediately repaired so they moved us to a much cooler room. No complaints.

Air conditioner squeeked continuously, so if you are a lite sleeper you won't get much rest. Otherwise nice hotel for the money.

Property is dated for sure. 1st room the bed was so worn out we changed rooms. Bed wasn't much better. Housekeeping was poor!!! Bathroom had mildew, floor was dirty. Carpet was stained and dirty. There was candy stuck to the underside of lampshade. You could tell the only Housekeeping they do is take out trash and replace the towels (but don't expect to get enough towels to shower)

This hotel was always my go to when visiting but it is not a place I want to return to again. We had to switch rooms 3 times because of leaky faucet all the towels were wet and one had turned brown and then the next room had lighting issues and the 3rd we just didn't bother with moving. All three rooms had a smell as if no air circulates. The air quality was not working properly.
