Jenna was wonderful at check-in. She was very friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and friendly to my two dogs. It was only a single night stay, but I would definitely stay again.

Everything was very good. Although I had housekeeping knocking at my door 10 minutes before 11:00 am saying it was time for checkout even though my check out time was at 12:00. It made me feel a bit rushed. The hotel was nice inside & out. Just around the hotel, a few homeless people which felt a little unsafe.

We were greeted when we walked in and when we left and came back. We got the disabled room for my husband, since he had hip surgery 3 weeks ago. The room, bed and shower was great. We had no issues. The breakfast was excellent as well, it was hot and had a variety of things. I definitely will stay there again.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff was supportive. The room was clean when I started my stay. There was an issue with a homeless guy using the ice machine to fill a trash bag of ice, then left out the north side door. That isn't something that the hotel did wrong, but I told the receptionist to let them be aware of safety concerns. An overall great hotel experience for my week!

We booked this hotel because the Expedia description said roll away bed was available. We were in CA for my husband’s brother funeral and needed the 3rd bed. The hotel refused and said if we canceled we’d be charged a penalty. Disappointed in their customer service and attitude toward guests.

We got in early and was able to check in right away and didn’t have to for check in. Everyone that works there is ever friendly and helpful. The property and rooms are very clean. Would definitely recommend staying there if you’re in Stockton
