Trip with kids

It was semi clean. It was an older hotel that had been redone. The elevator scared us and needed updating. It made all kinds of sounds while in operation. Grab and go breakfast was a joke. You had to pick up a sack lunch from the front desk of things that were picked FOR YOU.

It was cool cause the saint beat the cowgirls

Front desk customer service was great! Room was nice and clean it just had a musty mildew smell. That’s my only complaint. Thanks for a great stay guys.

The entrance it’s very dangerous and they are charging more including the brakes fast when you go for it they give cooks and can of yogurts man. So cheap peoples

Complained about bathroom light flickering and broken desk light but no resolution. Also bathroom door could not completely close.

They gave us a sack bag, like a school sack bag with a little bag of mini muffin, a horrible orange juice, a yogurt! Coffee wasn’t ready at 9am or they run out and took a while to bring more coffee. Staff wasn’t very friendly, very dry and not very good customer service. There wasn’t a spear trash bag to be change in the bathroom. The smell in the room was funky, probably because of the old ac. Ac isn’t central and it was kind of noisy. Also there was some noise during the night and we do not know if it was in the parking lot, upstairs, look like it was coming from outside. I will never stay there again. Left before the second night.

Nice stay

The property was clean. The shuttle driver did not asdit with my luggage, he stayed on the phone the entire ride. The next morning i inquired about breakfast, the man came out of the back with a sack It had yogurt, granola bar, off brand orange drink, a clementine, and some muffin bites.

Nice CLEAN and quiet hotel! Free morning breakfast from 6-9:30am was perfect!

it was a nice place to stay but front desk people couldnt answer questions when asked all we ever got is "i dont know" in response.

It was good, clean, roomy. Staff was very nice.

Shuttle service is terrible. Staff does not know airport and is unable to direct clients to pick up locations. Hours of shuttle service is limited. Washer and dryer do not work properly. Breakfast is grab and go. My room smelled bad and a/c did not work properly.

As always, I have a pleasant stay when im there visiting my family. Staff is nice, even though sometime the language barrier makes it hard to communicate.

They should improve the breakfast

The prices and amenities are not as advertised on Travelocity. Long-term parking was eight dollars not five dollars. Shuttle service is not available between 11 AM and 6 PM. Breakfast is grab and go. The clerk informed me that they do not honor information posted on Travelocity.

It was a good stay reception was easy and accommodating. Coffee was decent in the morning when needed. The wood was clean and the air worked very well.

Coffee maker was moldy, found out after a sip of coffee, yuck! Pillows were small and like sleeping on a sack of potatoes.

I never write reviews because I would never like to tarnish someone’s reputation. However, I was treated was so wrong & uncalled for. Every single person I spoke with at the front desk were rude for absolutely no reason. I was told they would look into my issue. I called them back & was told there was nothing they could do for me. I just needed to switch days.

The carpentry was atrocious. The trim was pieced together and looked terrible. The free breakfast was a brown bag with juice yogurt a granola bar and bag of muffins. Staff was friendly and premises were clean, just incredibly shabby and very poor finishes.

Sloppy service from start to finish. Room poorly maintained (door hinges falling off, windows that wouldn't lock), just overall a budget hotel. Breakfast was abysmal. Very limited shuttle service (6-11p only), nothing much around the immediate area.

Friendly staff check in.

The staffs was friendly, but the room wasn’t quite clean, the floor was so dirty and sticky we had to put socks to be able to walk inside the room, the A/C filter was so dirty that was blowing dirty in the air . free Breakfast! the website was showing a small buffet but instead a small buffet we got a brown bag with 1 orange, 1 sunyD drink, bag with little muffins(kids)and 1 yogurt. I complaint at the front desk but they didn’t say anything.

The Hotel has a no policy dog. We had a service dog and were not allowed to have it with us. Had to go to another hotel. They will not refund the charges.

I got stuck in Dallas because my flight was delayed for weather. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes after i called, which is very reasonable. The breakfast was plentiful and there is always coffee in the lobby and a coffee maker in the room.

It was a pleasant experience

Everything was absolutely amazing! The concierge was delightful as was the driver in the morning, however the driver the night before was on his phone the whole time and did not help me with my bags. Also the phone in my room did not work. This was not a problem because the lovely concierge helped me to order a dominos at reception. Overall, the room and the service was excellent which makes me more annoyed at the driver the night before because he let the team down and turned a 5 star review into 4 stars. Like I say though, everybody else was great, great job guys you should be very proud!
