ROACHES! They had roaches. Asked hotels.com to me find a different hotel… they were no help the guy didn’t even what to look other hotels for me. Asked Ricki at the front desk to help, he would not help and refused to check me out. said manager Jamie would be in at 10am and is the only person authorized. Left and went to a different hotel. Called next day Jesse answered and when I asked about checking out she hung up on me then claimed it was an accident, then she proceed to say the manager didn’t show up. I would have to wait for the manager. She refused to notify corporate or give corporate number. So in all I was out of 180 bucks. Plus the 250 I had to spend at another hotel. Even hotels.com could have called corporate and had them find me a different hotel. Just trifling!!!!!!!

Overall pretty satisfied for the price. Suite was nice and roomy. TV was a little tricky getting hooked up. Breakfast was more than I expected. Would definitely stay here again.

airport van ran from 5-10am and 6pm till 10:45. No mention was made of limited hours. When we arrived at the front desk at 09:45 for the last morning van, we were told that we failed to make a reservation the night before. We were required to Uber to and from airport. Tried to call front desk a number of times and never got an answer. Many of the TV channels on TV didn't work. The hotel is in need of some maintenance.

When I reach the hotel they didn't had my reservation as I paid for: 2 queen beds, they could only offer me one bed for two adults. They offer a refund which I haven't yet received in my credit card. I am still waiting!

Check in was easy and staff polite. The hotel is very run down. Our bathroom tap was not attached to the counter. The bed was very comfortable.

The price was excellent. However, neither of the 2 TVs in my room worked because DIRECTV service was down. That pretty much made my stay while in the hotel room boring. And, there was scotch tape, keeping the 3rd floor elevator button on the wall. That was pretty cheap-looking. And, it was hard to find a front desk employee. They preferred to sit in the lobby on the soft sofa rather than stay behind the desk where they belonged. And, when I called several times on different days, no one answered the phone. They were probably talking or texting on the sofa in the lobby, like I saw almost every time I went in and out of the hotel. But, the most important thing was PRICE PRICE PRICE! Come to think of it, the hotel was pretty mediocre. But the price was worth the mediocrity.

It smelled so bad! Rooms literally had garbage all over the dresser in our son’s room. My daughter almost fell through the floor in her room. They were going to switch rooms to have the staff open the new door to trash on counters etc. We got in after 1am and checked out asked for a refund and got another place to stay by 2am. After traveling it was not what we wanted to do. The gentleman who was working was so kind,apologetic,helpful and just very friendly. I felt bad for him because you could see that he was embarrassed.

I had a very disappointing stay at Comfort Inn & Suites IAH Bush Airport – East. The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with several areas visibly dirty and unkempt. Despite advertising an airport shuttle service, it was not provided, causing significant inconvenience. Additionally, the front desk staff was unhelpful and did not handle the situation professionally. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I stayed from Thursday to Saturday. Public areas were a little bit messy on weekdays, only showing cleanliness from Friday to Saturday. I think is due to lack of staff. However, it was good enough for some days.

I really didn't care for the clerk hospitality, they were not polite or respectful at all. They at like they really didntwant to be there. Also i killed 3 roaches and I found somebody else clothes in my room. Just was not an enjoyable experience.

The property mentions hotel shuttles for limited hours, but it fails to mention that it only shuttles from the airport during certain hours and shuttles from the hotel during other hours. So depending on your flight time, this shuttle isn’t available. There are no bus options either, so the only way to get to the airport or other locations is to Uber/lyft since the location is not in an area that can be walked. We picked to stay at this location because of the shuttle, so would have stayed somewhere else had we known. It’s false marketing and should be updated on their site. Many things in the hotel were broken too. The front door, elevator, etc. Overall, it was an awful experience.

Lady at check-in argued with us about children's service dogs. Got to the room and it was hot. Lowered the temp on the thermostat and it never got below 71. Fold out bed had springs sticking through it. Smoke detectors weren't operating. One was beeping in a room down the hall. No
laundry as posted. Water bottle cap was
used as a button for the elevator. Very little
food for breakfast as it wasn't kept refilled.
Room had a funky smell to it. I can't pay the pictures of all the stuff that I mentioned.

Worst hotel ever, I booked for king suite with pullout couch, the room did not have pull out couch only a single chair, went to the front desk and was only offered 1 set of sheets so my 2 children could sleep on the floor, was adv that the whole hotel was book which was a lie, there were vacant rooms they were just dirty!! no air AT ALL, air is controlled by the front desk…. I will never book here again…90% of the channels on the tv did not work and only have 1 remote for 2 tvs!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!

They did not service the room one time.. stayed 4 nights. did not put new towels once. Didn't make up bed. no trash.. no housekeeping service here. They do not have shuttle!! only certain hours. If coming rare hours like thru the night. Be prepared to uber or Lyft. then that is 50$ one way uber to the hotel. They promise free airport shuttle on certain hours. I get it. but would be nice. If they were more transparent. and said upfront they don't really don't have reliable shuttle.

Someone had a key to our room and opened the door while my wife was in the alone (thankfully the latch was closed). Dust on many surfaces. Elevator call button broken. Slow check-in process. No guest restroom available in lobby. A few appliances in disrepair and taped together.

No real shuttle service! Only certain hours available, only one carry on per person. It’s quite a joke as nothing is told or advertised in the listing. Better options are for sure available. The breakfast was awful, staff was on a FaceTime video call, didn’t have the area set up, no coffee cups available, no hot water, and waffle machine not ready, made a huge mess and made the guest clean it up because she wasn’t ready and on the phone. Room was comfortable but dirty with hair all over bathroom.

I booked at this hotel and suppose to stayed three days vacation with family. Problems started the first day, when we got to the hotel and checked in the front desk clerk had to move us two times in order to find us a good room, when getting ready for bed, we found out that we didn't have any cover for the sofa bed and the front desk clerk was unable to get any type of covering for the bed. The next morning the power went off and we were there for approximately sever hours without power. So I went downstairs to see any updates and find there is a lovers fight going on between two of the front desk clerks and at this time we now have police around the building. Now at this time they find out that they didn't know when they would have power, so they decided to close the hotel, so we had to leave. I asked will I get a refund for the two days that I would and I didn't get an good answer. After two hours and finding another hotel, the clerk at the new hotel tells me I would have to pay cash for the two days I needed,

I really can't give this place a fair rating for this trip because we had an electrical outing from Wednesday till Sunday! Lightning struck a Transformer. I'm giving it poor because they didn't have a backup generator.
