Everything was great

Really appreciate great customer service . We had issues with co start noise coming from room above us . And the front desk staff were very accommodating and offered us to move to different room . We wanted to give some more time before we took decision reps k n move room . But at the end when the noise was not at all tolerable the front desk transferred us another room in same floor. Thus us great example of taking care of guests . Really appreciate the service . Unfortunately the new room also we started hearing banging sound for sometime but did not want to bother the staff again . And just waited it out for the constant banging sound to stop . It caused disturbed sleep , but can’t fault the service for that . Luckily the noise stopped after 10:15 pm or so . If not for this experience it would have been 10/10 rating .

Hotel staff were helpful and accommodating, but we left (3) pairs of pants in the dresser upon checking out and haven't received the level of attention we would expect in a situation like this.

Really disheartened to learn that $100 pet fee charged for only one evening.

I can not believe that the only source of food was the bar and not much to pick from. When we choose burgers at 6 pm the chef was off until 7. Not even room service for 500 a night is sad. Not even breakfast as that is only on the weekend. Will not come back for the value of services they provide. Basically nothing

It was ok. The hotel is very dated and needs to be upgraded. We expected a little more out of the Hyatt. The location was good for walking to dinner or drinks.

Excellent choice in hotels. Friendly & helpful staff. Room was comfortable, good amenities, and definitely would return

Over all it's decent hotel, maybe we were there during long weekend, the pool is over crowded, no chairs available, no clean pool towers, we need to go to front desk to ask for pool towers. Unfortunately for us, someone having Olympic above of us, almost entire night we hear tuning and stumping. We stay two night, they never come to clean the room or replace towers, we call both front desk and house keeping, no answer, we end up walked to front desk told them to send towers up. Lastly, they charging 18 dollars per day for parking, the hotel is in middle nowhere, only hotel guests will park there, but they still asking 18 dollars per day for self parking, no electric car charge in the parking lot.
