They were under renovations during the time of our stay but we very much enjoyed our stay there an will be planning our trip next year yo visit the same hotel, absolutely loved what it had to pffer and how close it was for us to get to our concert venue.

It’s undergoing a lot of renovation which we did not know about. Their house keeping was spotty. We had to ask to have our rooms cleaned. Their breakfast times were not as advertised. I probably won’t stay here again.

Quite a lot of the main areas were being refurbished so it was a minor inconvenience - I wish the hotel description and price had reflected this beforehand.

Please be advised there is a massive remodel here , when I arrived I was treated awful . I won’t go back ….ever

The lobby area was under renovation but the room was remodelled. However, the air-con. was obiviously a pretty dated one so it made loud noises even though it was turned off. It was freezing cold even it was adjusted to 74°F ( most same level hotel has room temp controlled & it's usually not cold enough regardless of how low you adjust the temp.)the room was unbearably cold. Luckily the room was still cool even it was turned off. So, didn't complain. There are many chain restaurants apart from the usual fast food chain & Target is right around the corner. And chain stores are also within 10 min drive. For convenience & hotel professional front desk, cleanliness, it'd be 5 star-plus. Reason for this 4-star rating is due to the air-conditioning. But will def. stay again.

The room air condition sounds like you're on an airport runway, had to turn it off at night. the door to the hall squeaks way to much

The hotel was under renovation. I didn’t like being put in a room in the basement. I went to get coffee and it was all gone along with most of the food. No one there to replenish. The room was not ready when we got there and we were so tired after long day at the zoo. It was well after 3:00

The front desk staff was amazing. She was courteous, kind, patient even though there were computer issues and the hotel was under construction. Overall, our stay was great there, but when we got to our room, there was a dirty towel still hanging on the back of the door I honestly question if the shower had been cleaned, which makes me think the rest of the bathroom had not been cleaned properly.

Hotel room was not clean in the bathroom stains were all over the walls. The hotel staff was very friendly however, I would not recommend staying here. The pool is super small.

Very disappointed as construction was happening and breakfast was moved down to the meeting room. Was hardly breakfast at all. Also asked before we checked in if the pool and hot tub was working front desk said yes, continued with check in and only to discover the pool was not in service when I asked the front desk about it they were unaware of the issue as well. Very disappointed as I would have went to a different hotel had I known this prior to check in.

Our stay was fantastic. We were able to check-in early on the day of our arrival. Even though there was construction happening at the hotel, it did not impact our stay. The staff was very helpful with all of our questions. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the decent fitness center, varied breakfast, and the cleanliness and temperature of the pool and hot tub.

Stay was fine. Just wish that housekeeping would remember to restock towels fully. I had to go to front desk one of the days of my stay to get face towels as they restocked the bath towels but not the towels to wash face. Major inconvenience upon waking up to shower.

Disappointed there is no hot breakfast due to remodeling. Should have been make aware of this prior to booking. Our desk lamp light did not work and flickers, but we didn’t need it. Our refrigerator was off so I had to pull it out and turn it on. We like the room with the area for luggage and the chaise lounger with table. Our room was clean and beds comfortable.

Room was supposed to be ready by 3 PM. We arrived at 4:30 PM and room was not ready. Staff didn't seem really motivated about getting the room ready but she did supposedly give me some extra points

For the most part the hotel is clean, they are under construction in one section but that is understandable. I was disappointed that coffee and hot water was empty multiple times through out the stay. Also, breakfast was not well supplied. The pancake machine didnt work and they didnt bring out more of certain foods after they were gone. For example the warm cinnamon rolls were good but when my kids went to breakfast at 8am they didnt have any more available.

Nice breakfast, especially the egg white omelets. I was surprised our beds were not made during the day while we were away. I guess everyone is cutting down on staff. Nice place to stay.

Great breakfast, comfortable bed. Adequate fitness room. Only drawback is we could hear people stomping around in the floor above.

The hotel is remodeling. No noise issues during my stay just areas blocked off by plastic, missing cove base throughout the hallways and a general sense of construction. The ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The pillows are TERRIBLE

Very nice remodeled room. Soem guests were very noisy well into the night (2am) not the hotels fault.

Average stay at an average hotel. It was clean, and looks like they had recently updated the furniture, etc. Good location, access to lots of restaurants/shopping. My biggest complaint is that the TV only had about 5 basic channels, the rest were static. And the housekeeper entered the room even with the "do not disturb" sign on the door.

The check in process was easy and I loved all of the ladies I spoke to at the front desk. I would have given it 4-5 stars with the upgrades to the room, and cleanliness of the pool area. You can tell they are doing the upgrades right with more than just paint. However, Breakfast cuts off at 9am which seems too early for a Sat/Sun. I can agree to that but we arrived at 8:45 and nothing was getting refilled. So no cinnamon rolls, no pancakes or syrup, no forks! I wandered until I found someone who told me they would not be refilling. If the breakfast is only fully stocked until 8:30 then that should be the time listed. We also has several minor room issues. Our shade was outdated and wouldn't fully close so there was more light than preferred, no drapes at all and just plastic roll up shade, and then our toilet filled so slowly that we had to space out bathroom trips by 45 minutes or just fill the back of the tank ourselves with water, which we did.
