Excellent services !

Amazing location and staff. Service was impeccable. AC went out so they moved us to suite. Dining was deliciously attentive in comfy lounge. Helped us with cabs and other events. Hotel is spotless but plumbing and room comfort are questionable. Too much furniture made it difficult to navigate even in large room. Turndown service and amenities were perfect however.

Truly exceptional boutique hotel. The staff, food, amenities, with all the small unique touches sets this hotel apart.

We loved it and wished we had stayed longer! I will come back again when returning to London.

Staff was very attentive

The personal service provided by the staff at 41 was exceptional, we took advantage of every dining experience at the hotel; the pub, afternoon tea, the Curry Room, room service, and of course the Executive Lounge I spent hours using as a personal retreat in the morning and evenings, my wife taking advantage of the late night snacks, ice, and ice cream. The location is so perfect, in 3 minutes walking, you can reach Buckingham Palace, the Victoria Palace Theatre, Victoria Station, Belgravia, excellent shopping, banking services, and a host of other opportunities. Our room was huge, with a sitting area with its own tv, refrigerator, desk, coffee maker, large closet, and comfortable seating, sleeping area large, tv, outlets for charging your electronic devices, very comfortable, large bed, the bathroom, heated floor and towel rack, lighted magnifying mirror, shower, and nice soaking tub, laundry services were quick, same day return, the housekeeping staff did an exceptional job, going beyond straitening up the bed and changing towels, they would cleanup and arrange our items on the vanity, fold cloths left out, put shoes away, just complete personal service, and that describes the hotel in totality Complete Personal Service, beginning to end.

I have stayed here ten years apart and was delighted the experience has not changed at all, exceptional service and attention to detail.

This is simply the most amazing place to stay. We have never felt so well looked after or special. It’s a very different concept that leaves you feeling like you’ve found a hidden secret club. We will be staying again in the, hopefully, not too distant future.

Excellent service

From the second we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is beautiful and tranquil and this will definitely be our go to choice whenever we stay in London.

Hotel 41 is steps from Victoria Station, Belgravia, Buckingham Palace, and within walking distance of most attractions in the City of Westminster. The staff is exceptionally well trained and is both friendly and helpful from business to pleasure. No request is too small for them! Staying there is simply the finest boutique hotel experience I have ever had anywhere in the world. I cannot say enough superlatives about this place. I stay there regularly on my visits to London and I am never disappointed with my experience.

Excellent, kind staff, prompt response to any request. Wonderful service in Executive Lounge, Entrance and Housekeeping. Very personal and attentive.

The property only has 24 /- rooms so you are well attended to. The staff was amazing- polite, friendly, but not over the top. A luxury experience but not overly stuffy or pretencious.

This is what I imagine it would be like to stay in an old English gentleman’s club. The service is great, it’s small and quiet, located across the street from Buckingham Palace Mews. The food is great! They pay attention to the little things, including putting a hot water bottle in my bed

Nice location , good restorant and nice staff

Perfectly located. Stunningly beautiful. Very private and elegant. Staff are attentive but very pleasant. The only challenge was limited space to store luggage and clothing.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Concept of Concierge Floor worked for the way we travel. Service was efficient and accommodating. Location was central to our sight-seeing plans. Only negatives were the room was a bit small and could therefore use a little less furniture. And the window light was limited by the building's facade along the outside. Hence a bit claustrophobic.

We really loved our stay at Hotel 41. It was very convenient, the staff bent over backwards for everything, and the rooms were spacious for London. We loved the bar area as well. It was just an overall great experience.

From the moment you walk through the door, attention to detail is evident. The registration was seamless and fast. The room had many luxurious extras; towel warmer, slippers, turndown service that included a fresh bottle of chilled water, personalized, handwritten note welcoming us and at the end of our stay stating how they enjoyed us. We did the breakfast each morning. Another example of exemplary. You get a flow of fresh baked pastries, croissants and scones. We also had the waffles and BAP sandwich. I think what makes Hotel 41 the best of the best is the staff. They are not only personable but extremely attentive. We will definitely be back.

The staff was amazing. Great service. The rooms were posh but dated in an English way. Not old but made to look old. Very convenient to Victoria station. The service was great. The doorman service was great. Their plunder the pantry meals in the late evening were a life saver as was the lounge. Would definitely come back.

An absolutely perfect hotel close to everything and with exceptional staff.

The facilities and property were beautiful and well-kept…the service and support was extraordinary…I felt particularly well looked after by Ali and James…but everyone was extremely accommodate and helpful….the room being tended to/cleaned twice a day was unique and appreciated!

The feeling of the hotel is that of checking into a private, Very exclusive club, and being treated like royalty. Every single member of the staff should be commended on displays of some of the most outstanding customer service that we have ever experienced. My husband and I travel extensively, and have stayed in some of the top luxury hotels in the world, and we were simply delighted by our stay. Look no further- just stay here!
