Location
Furniture is very old. Check in is later than 4pm. If you order a spoon or a fork to the room you need to pay £20 which is crazy! Usually cutlery is free and this is a 5 stars hotel so it was a shock. Rooms are never cleaned well. Minibar fridge doesnt work and couldnt be fixed. Bathroom is full with mold.

الأثاث مستهلك جدا جدا جدا جدا جدا الى مالا نهاية ، ريحة الممرات غير محببة ، الموظف اللي يوصل الأكل للغرفة كان عصبي و فظ بدون سبب ما صار موقف معاه بس هو من نفسه ..

A small note, I hope it will be a positive for the hotel management, which is the furniture that needs to be renovated, especially the carpet.

Something was stolen from my room by house keeping and the hotel didn’t do anything about it they didn’t even try to find it

Location is fantastic, as always. I have to say the bed and pillows were heavenly.
Breakfast was fairly poor, but I guess sufficient. It doesn't make sense to sign a bill of ~£30 when it's included in the room. I had dinner one evening, and unfortunately had to wait over 20 minutes for what tasted like canned tomato soup (breads were excellent!).
Also, the minibar system just gave me anxiety. I moved some drinks around to make room for other items, and they were directly charged to my room. Your colleague at the check out was really helpful and settled the bill immediately.
