We were in town for a baseball tournament and stayed here. The front desk was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. All and all it was a good stay

Great place to stay , the hotel was clean and had great staff. I felt like I was at home with the cleanliness ! Free breakfast , free parking. You have Starbucks right next door, other food places as well. Great location , glad I choose this place !

Everything was good the staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing was that my room smelled like cigarette smoke when I first walked in. It went away after i turned on the air-conditioning.

This was the third time staying at this hotel and as always the staff are excellent and the facility is super.

I reserved a room on Orbitz with two queen double beds, and when I arrived at the hotel, an hour later, I was told they only had rooms with single king beds remaining. Since I had booked using a third party, they could not provide a refund or provide any other options than the King bed room at the same rate.

We were greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really yummy. We would not hesitate to book again if we were ever in the area.

Appears they have done some upgrades, but the elevator was scary, and the touch up paint in the room didn’t match the first color.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of our room, as well as the amenities available in the hotel overall. My partner and I will definitely book here again the next time we are in the area!

The location of this hotel is really good since it's next to a Starbucks, and El Toro and Portola Plaza are short drives away. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Francisca went above and beyond in making the room spotless when my friend and I got there. Shoutout to Todd for the wonderful breakfast every morning as well! I'd definitely stay here again.

Todd is amazing manager. He truly is the opitome of customer service. He accommodated all of my requests, not many, but it the thought that counts. On check out, he even invited us to send a team photo of our team, and he would post it in his lobby. Genuine person. Rare find nowadays. Like a unicorn. Thank you Todd.

I had only stayed at holiday inns in Mexico and compared to them the breakfast was lacking in quality of ingredients and healthy options, however the staff was very kind and the place was very clean and comfortable.
The tall white guy that was the breakfast 'chef' was super nice as were the people at the reception.

I wished that I knew that parking was not included in the price of the hotel. There is no where else to park so you are forced to pay.

The hotel is kept in very good condition. It is clean and well managed. The included breakfast is very good. The room is clean as is the bathroom and the bed is very comfortable. We use this hotel because it is convenient to our dentist.
