Great rooftop dining and views. Rooms in need of updating. Mattress completely collapsed and pillows should be thrown out. Unhelpful front desk staff and no concierge service. Valet attendant was great!

We were originally put into a room with double beds but one bed was placed right on the floor - the frame had been removed and the mattress just put right on the floor. Also there was an incredibly strong bleach smell. We asked to move rooms and we were placed in an “upgraded room”. Everything seemed fine until we discovered an unwrapped, moldy sandwich in the mini fridge. We asked for housekeeping to come remove it and make sure the rest of the room was clean and left for the whole day. We came back and nothing had been cleaned. We called the front desk who said someone would come immediately. Nothing. We went down to the front desk in person who said someone would take care of it right away. Nothing. We called again and was told that someone would come. 1.5 hr later and nothing. So, we checked out early and moved to the Hyatt which was great. This was the absolute worst Intercontinental I have ever been to.

I had a bit of a hiccup upon my arrival because this particular bell man was helping me with my luggage and he wanted me to shout my room number to him from across the hallway. I was reluctant so I chose to walk towards him to tell him the room number and his response was,” clearly you can see that I am busy.” I felt that was unnecessarily rude so I grabbed my stuff and carried them to the room myself. Other than that little experience, everything else was great!

Nice property, had some issues with check in. Still working to resolve. I prefer the Inter Contenentsl Suites on the other side of the hospital main building.

Wonderful to find a property so nice and convenient to the Hospital

The main thing was the accessibility to the hospital that's why I was there I had an operation and Recovery it couldn't have worked out any better

Parked my car through valet. They asked if I needed my car for the next 2-3 hrs. Told them no. Got picked up by Uber a few hours later and while in the Uber car, we drove by my vehicle that was left parked in front of the hotel UNLOCKED! I hopped out, locked my car, then left in the Uber as we had dinner reservations to get to. I called the front desk repeatedly for over an hour as well as my friend calling and could not get a hold of someone. Finally someone picked up and they were able to transfer me to valet. They took my info down, said the valet manager would call me back. No call back from the valet manager over 2 hrs later, which required me to make another phone call to make sure my car was indeed parked securely in the hotel garage as was promised. This whole fiasco caused a lot of stress and pretty much ruined the first half of our night out. At checkout, I verified with the front desk that at least the $38 parking fee was comped and it was. No “I’m sorry” from the front, from the valet, anything. Other than this part of the experience, the room was nicely appointed and the concierge staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent staff and assistance. Special gratitude to the wonderful restaurant 45 host/manager who found and notified me very quickly that I'd accidently left my wallet, crucial to my visit, in the restaurant. Truly a beautiful person that went above and beyond to contact me and get it back to me. Truly a special man that that deserves special recognition for helping me at a time when I needed it most. His kindness will never be forgotten by me.

Close place to stay near Cleveland clinic

We loved the convenience of accessing Cleveland Clinic through the skywalk. Breakfast buffet was ok, but not impressive.

The place was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and excelled at their jobs. Wonderful experience, wonderful staff, wonderful place.
