Lovely new and clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Family room was nice and big - could have done with a shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries on. Good location with lovely restaurants and rooftop bar near by. About 15min walk to Tasso Square. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you

Lovely clean hotel with great staff. Very modern inside and out with some very good facilities. Hotel is still very new so a few teething things here and there but nothing that distracted from the stay!

Great stay, lovely hotel

The hotel is excellent, modern and new. We spent 4 nights, and this is what I prefer when choosing the hotel. The room is large and comfortable, with a large balcony and a view, and the service is very good. It is 5 minutes by car from the center and approximately 20 minutes on foot, and the free breakfast is good. We enjoyed every night of our stay with a view of the sunset and an evening on the terrace overlooking the sea directly, which is shared with the 5-star hotel in front of it, with a singer and a musician. Finally, they made us 2 breakfast boxes due to our early flight.

The rooms were nice however they do have an ant infestation problem, spotty WiFi and electrical problems in the rooms. The hotel is new and they still have a lot to work on. Ants were crawling from under the doors and walls and into our luggage. WiFi was very dodgy and outlets worked on and off.

Modern, clean, brand new hotel. Lovely grounds with outdoor seating and nice size pool. Only downsides would be there is no mini fridge in room & it needs some personalized decor as everything is very white.

Has a lot of potential to be a great hotel but it’s not ready yet. Rooms were clean and tidy. Air con was switched off until we queried it. Pool was not open/finished until the day we checked out. We were then told we could use the sister hotel’s pool who then told us we could not. When we checked out they said we could not use the pool without paying. No iron

This was a little risky choice as there were no reviews as it's only been open a week. The risk paid off as this was a lovely hotel for our needs. This hotel is by no means finished. At the moment it's quite bear with no decoration and many unfinished areas. The pool wasn't ready but we could use their sister hotel's facilities which are on the same site and the pool was perfect in the warm weather. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Could do with some decoration and a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would be handy. The automatic blinds are a winner and keep the room dark for a good sleep. We would definitely like to return once the hotel has been completely finished. It's just over 1km to the centre of Sorrento, a nice distance from the busy areas.

I have stayed here previously as it wasn’t open for my dates this year. The hotel is fantastic, staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely as were the facilities.

Although the location isn’t in the heart of sorrento , it is only a 15-20 minute walk to town and it was nice being away from the crowds. This hotel is neighbors with a very luxurious hotel which was amazing to stumble upon their outdoor Terrace for drinks while listening to live piano. The view at sunset here is unbeatable. The pool was so relaxing and equipped with a bar as well and free to use along with towels. We love the beach down below however we were disappointed to find out that it was €35 a person and not per couple as we thought. A bit pricey, but there is a cheaper beach on the other side of you prefer. That said, it was extremely quiet and private which was great. The rooms were okay but a bit dated, the bed was very hard. The balcony was awesome to have overlooking the property’s beautiful gardens. It was so nice to have breakfast included but it’s nothing special. The hotel is very loud from echos and like clockwork at 7:00am we were woken up from noise due to breakfast starting. We were also woken up by what sounded like people trying to get in our room but it was just the door rattling from movement of others. Despite that its not perfect , it is a great value for what it offers and a great location. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Our rooms were clean, and equipped with everything you need. We loved our stay in sorrento the most out of our whole Italian vacation

Great looking hotel with friendly helpful staff especially on front desk. As a 4 star hotel I would expect at the very least a bar and also somewhere to dine which neither of these to services were provided, a walk to there sister hotel through the lovely gardens was the only solution, also the swimming pool was at this hotel, very nice but if you wanted to use the beach there was a 50€ charge. Shuttle provided to main town at a charge. Room very nice with a sea view and of the gardens.

Good stat at a resort with pool however no access to swim in the sea.

Excellent service. Very responsive staff. Went out of their way to set us up with gym access at the neighboring facility and addressed any minor concerns that we had upon check in. I recommend this hotel - very good service and amenities for the price.

Great hotel with good location.

Everything was an additional cost. The beech was 20.00 the shuttle was 5.00 and after breakfast there’s nothing to eat or order. My Family was at the Parco Di Principe and although it’s a more expensive it was 100% better.

its just a little way out of town only a 15 min walk which was fine as there was no local noise as long as you are over looking the gardens. only down side was the 5 star hotel that you can also use for the pool prices quite steep for food and drinks

The hotel is located in on amazing botanical and historical grounds, that is the only great thing about it. The hotel is old and needs maintenance. The hallways echo and the doors are loud so you can hear everything happening outside your room. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. The Pool is over 6 ft deep, except for a small area on one end. Access to the beach for sun deck chairs cost 20 euros per person. Location is over a mile and a half from the main square - which means you have to walk a good distance or pay 5 euros for their shuttle (each way). Next time I would pick a nicer hotel and closer to the main square. Disappointed for the amount of money spent here per night

Great staff. Beautiful gardens and large pool. Restaurants within walking distance. Cab fares were gifh, but could walk to downtown Sorrento in 15 minutes. People in Sorrento are very friendly. We felt very safe in Sorrento.

The hotel room and balcony was really big and had a lovely balcony facing the gardens with the sea in the background. Very peaceful and quiet.

Breakfast was poor

The pool is beautiful and the location is great. Easy walk to Sorrento with lots of great dining options nearby. We took the train to the S.Angello (I think was the name) station was near the hotel which made travel in and out of town simple. Rooms are nothing special but were clean and had a nice little balcony.

Staff excellent especially Elisabetta, Stella, Luca and William. Very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Rooms simple but very clean. Garden views lovely although balcony a bit tired - a coat of paint on walls and railings would really lift it. Breakfasts good with lots of choice. Swimming pool fantastic with friendly poolside bar/snacks facility. It is 15 mins walk into Sorrento which can be a drag returning but shuttle is €5 pp each way if preferred.

We totally enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very spacious with a sofa and a balcony The room we had overlooked the botanical gardens. It was enjoyable sitting on the balcony enjoying the birds and beautiful fragrance of the gardens. The staff were helpful and helped us with tour arrangements. The included breakfast was great and all the staff had friendly greetings. You could eat inside or out on the patio. A walk thru the gardens led to an adjoining hotel which gave access the the beach below

Loved its setting in a botanical garden and overlooking bay of naples and 15 mins walk into town. The staff were exceptionally pleasant.

Wonderful location, but as for the hotel😰no swimming pool, poor sub standard breakfast, 5 euro for one water in the room, no shuttle service to the station, air conditioner in room only just adequate, passage light flooded the room through large gaps in door. Reception unhelpful to complaints. Food prices really overboard.Rip off!!!!!

Spacious room and bathroom, good view over garden and to the sea. Breakfast is good although could be varied day to day...

Nice clean hotel, if a little old fashioned and in need of an update, beautiful gardens and a great pool with an awesome beach club (chargeable), staff are very friendly. Have dinner in the sister hotel (Principe) in the cliff top terrazzo and watch the sunset over Sorrento bay... stunning

Breakfast was great! (Also nice gluten free options for my gf) Amazing views and jacuzzis were great! The level of room cleaning wasn’t too good (for example during our 5 night stay they didn’t change the sheets at all and towels only once. They also had a weird way putting our stuff to weird places. For example throwing our tooth paste and shampoos to the butt tub). The hotel buss took us to the city centre (free of charge) every hour. All in all nice place with small faults.
