Every single second of my stayed I enjoyed. Everything was so close and convenient.

Was supposed to stay august 15-20 but only stayed for a couple hours and left. I was staying with my 2 sons who are under 2 years old and the room was unsafe for them and myself. Floors were so dirty my 1 year old’s feet were black after walking on it for 5 minutes. Long black hair all over the room and the ac unit was not working kept leaking water and i fell and hurt my back. Also, there was mold growing around where the ac unit was leaking. Beds were hollow in the middle like it was an old mattress, warned out. Ordered room service and it was horrible. Sent me the wrong order, food was cold and inedible. Manager said i would get a refund when i checked out now she is telling expedia that i will not get refund. Tried calling the hotel and i am told management is not available. Dealt with leidy, claudio, ana, amir etc they are all liars and thieves. Wanted to charge me $50 per person for my sister to come visit me and yes their pool. Hotel is so outdated its not worth it!

The service was excellent! The entire staff made us feel welcome and the assisted us with every outside excursions we did. The hotel taxi Hector, Miguel and Jose had great customer service. Especially Hector. I already started recommending him to friends i know going to Santo Domingo. I’m very satisfied with my experience there.

The hotel is very sloppy

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions starting in 2014. I like the location of the hotel as well as availability plenty of parking if you have a vehicle. Also, on the previous 3 times I've stayed here, the air condition has always worked well and every room had a safe to secure valuables. I was just there 3 weeks ago, had two separate rooms booked on 2 different floors, and neither of them had adequate air conditioner or a safe inside the room. Also, I noticed that the breakfast had a smaller selection of foods to eat and certainly not worth the price of around $17.00 US. One of the waiter at the breakfast buffet was not too attentive and not too friendly. But I do realize that in the Dominican Republic there's a lack of customer service in restaurants all over the country as compared to the USA. And this is coming from a native Dominican. Trust me, I know. In general, I've noticed that this hotel has deteriorated throughout the years. It's a shame because it sits on a great location.

It was an ok stay nothing special, we where there just for a night, the down side is that if you want to add someone else to the room they want to charge half o a room just to add one person, their excuse was that my reservation was made through a third party and not directly, the funny thing it’s that all the rooms had two beds and they charge per days not per person but they wanted an extra $50 just for one person
