Great location, friendly staff will definitely go back and stay there again

I and my boyfriend had amazing one week in this hotel. Room was with gorgeous view for mountains and green area. Breakfast and dinner made us more than satisfied: a lot of different meals and deserts. Also want say thanks for tasty juice and nice coffe (for free). Another big thanks for reception job! One woman (I don’t remember her name) was very helpful and welcoming.

Our stay was overall pleasant. The hotel location is perfect, very close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel was clean, the staff very nice and helpful and has many facilities but the rooms could benefit from some improvements.

Decent hotel with very nice and super helpful staff although remises have seen much better days. Breakfast was good value for money since it had a ton of options for the price of €10 but again don't expect too much in terms of quality. This hotel can be a decent option if you're on a budget and can get a good rate.

The hotel staff were abundantly friendly and very helpful. All around great experience on that front. On the other hand, our room smelled quite bad. We deduced it was a mouldy drain smell which never went away. Other than that, the breakfast buffet was incredible, the pool was clean and a good size, the bedlinens were clean. The location was a little further from central Playa de las Americas — about a 15 minute walk — but if you don’t mind that, then I’d recommend this hotel.

Very noisy, uncomfortable beds and staff very unfriendly, We booked a double room and was giving a very small twin room with absolutely no room to move, went to complain and was told that was the standard rooms offered to put a two single beds together to make a double, but that didn’t work, the photos are NOT the rooms on the hotel The worse was the hotel very noisy could hear conversations on both sides of the walls from the other rooms. Asked to be moved but was that same on a different door, In the end up we had to check out early and book another hotel because it was just unbearable.

Simply brilliant people to enjoy time around

One of the few good things about this place is it’s excellent breakfast service and overall service by its staff. The facilities are outdated but is compensated by the helpful staff and it’s good location. Situated close to both Veronica strip and Playa Americans which is where people spend most of their time. Rooms are in much need of updating.

Staff all friendly, issue was with the air conditioning units, it is clear they have not been cleaned in god knows how long, both myself and my friend have returned from tenerife with chest infections due to the air conditioning units covered in dirt

Another fantastic stay, thanks to all the staff for their continued hard work and brilliant support and advice, The restaurant recommendation was fantastic, I can honestly say I don’t think I would stay in another hotel should I return to Tenerife again. Great shower

Well located close to the center and the beach

Excellent holiday, made very enjoyable by the quality of the hotel and its staff. Nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast’s were fantastic with an amazing choice, special mention to the egg lady who never cracked a yoke. The beds were also very comfortable and the pillows Devine

Room was facing main road with no view and very dark

immaculately clean. reception were friendly. wasn't allowed to borrow cutlery from the restaurant and the shower door wouldn't close...which, for the price, I thought was a bit ridiculous. still, it was otherwise nice.

Room was 2 bedroom and very roomy.

Very friendly staff members and good food. I was happy that I was allowed to change the room. In this hotel, the rooms and different buildings make a difference (regarding noise, smell and decor) so it seems to depend on luck whether you get a good room or not.

Great hotel, good location. parking outside free, Breakfast is Super Great Buffet, and lunch and Dinner is great too. Dinner cost 10 E and was super. Pool and amenities are super good full recommended

Nice hotel around a ten/fifteen minute walk from the beach. Central location with everything you could need close by. Friendly and helpful staff who appeared to take covid precautions seriously, enforcing mask wearing in communal areas and ensuring a reasonably good standard of cleaning. Pool area was nice with plenty of sun loungers and a nice place to enjoy the sun. Bit loud of a nighttime but is expected with being in a tourist populated area. Room was a bit dated in design and could do with some cosmetic upkeep work but in general was good value for money. I'll definitely stay again upon return to the island next year and would recommend to others.

Disappointing treatment from the staff. Lack of care. No help. Rooms were basic. Wouldn’t be hurrying back. Locked out of our room despite adding an extra night and speaking with reception night prior to ensure same room was available to ensure no move of possessions was needed. Then forced to be charged to enter room again.
