The girl at the front desk was very friendly, however my room was a different story. Entering the room was a challenge because of the door latch, the heater was set at 85 and there was no light bulbs in any of the lamps, the batteries to the remote were even gone… went brought to the attention at the desk I was told “so sorry that happened to you”. No discount nor was there an offer for a refund!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!?

This hotel was nasty. Smells, cleanliness is non-existent, just awful. When we checked in, the room hadn't even been cleaned, so they did give us a new one but it still left much to be desired.
I made a huge mistake with this booking because I didn't read the reviews beforehand and I only picked by looking at their posted pictures of the room. Very misleading! Never again.

Definitely the old bait and switch!! Rooms DO NOT!! Look like the photos online! They suck you in thinking you are staying at a Radisson hotel when it was a run down motel 6. No comforter on the bed. When I asked for extra pillows because I’m disabled they told me no because people steal them!! The room had lots of flys and every time I would step outside I would always be asked by transient people for a cigarette or a dollar!! Definitely would never book another room there!!!!!

The place was over run with drug dealers . We were literally there for ten minutes and saw two drug deals outside our door . We didn't even stay just grabbed our things and got another hotel. Didn't feel safe leaving my car or sleeping there. On a plus side the lady at the front desk was very nice.

Stayed at this hotel for a night. The hotel had so much of bugs coming in. Not sure from where they are coming in. Also, the front desk person banged on my door at 1.45 a.m. telling that I was staying in someone else’s room illegally.

Had the worst night staying there we got locked out of our room at about 1:30Aam they did put us in another room but we had none of our belongings and staff couldn’t get us back in until the next morning at 9:30AM I was unable to make it to my meeting at 7am because I had none of my personal items until they came at 930am and to top it off they had to break in through the window the door just wouldn’t open they did not offer any compensation or refund.

I visited the property to check in and found homeless people camped against the building in the back. There were several questionable people on and moving through the property. The pool was out of commission. I went to another hotel and found a room. I called Park Inn to explain why I couldn’t stay there and the woman hung up on me.
A complete disaster. They should not be in the Expedia system.

It started with the pool lookig like it was in poltergeist, then people smoking crack out side my window in the night. Followed up by being woke up to the sound of the shower above me leaking down through the light fixture in my shower. Worst hotel ive evere stayed at

The room was filthy dirty, the pillow and blankets stunk, I paid extra to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room and I didn’t get that, bathroom had no hot water for showering, outside the room on the sidewalk was a trail of blood drops, the day I checked in a guy on the second level had just had himself some kind of drugs because he looked like a zombie for about 5 minutes, the next morning a guy was on his hands and knees rubbing the parking lot with his hands and grabbing his face., the pictures of the rooms used on the websites are not from that hotel that’s for sure.

The rooms were gross and not very stocked. The people hanging around this motel were not family friendly seemed pretty dangerous with some very obvious drug activity. The staff seemed abused and were not happy to be there. Will definitely not come here again considering the cost isnt much cheaper then a regular hotel. Live and learn I guess.

We were in Denver for a family birthday party. When we booked, we saw great pics. When we checked in, the room looked like it had been used in a movie fight scene. The remote didn't work, the TV got one channel, there were burn marks on the walls, the bathroom was a mess. A towel rack was ripped off the wall. The fan was exposed to the room and we received 1 bath mat and one hand towel. The beds squeaked every time you moved and the room smelled bad. We had two small bars of soap and nothing else. There was one small garbage can. This motel was not worth $84 per night, under any circumstances. Lastly my sister and cousin didn't feel safe in the motel. It is a mess!

The facet in the bathroom didn't work. The air conditioner was broken & staff stated they would fix it & did not follow up during our 3 day stay. I had to purchase a fan. Neighborhood had "activity" all night outside & was concerned. We were traveling for my son's basketball tournaments. I would not recommend anyone staying.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool that was closed for cleaning for most of our stay. When i asked if the pool was open i was told yes but not told just for that day. Also we had a room with 2 beds so for at least 2 people but they only provided us with one body towel. When i pulled up there were a few maids smoking outside of the rooms they were cleaning yet i had to sign a paper that stated no smoking within 20 feet of the building. As an asthmatic it bothers me their own employees arnt being held to the same standards they expect from their guests.

Location was so-so, but 1st room was horrible bug met me at the door, no phone,no microwave, no fridge, 2nd room was 2 sm.double beds pushed up against wall and ac, to small to sleep with hubby so his and hers for 1st time ever, beds were hard as a brick, the parking sucked, people walking by talking could easily be heard, went 3 days with no maid services, asked front desk and the very very rude lady informed me 'you have to request, we dont wanna bother our guests. Well would've been nice to know this. Overall we literally only slept there, but it was horrible!

I liked the bed and pillows, my daughter did not. We only had one towel in the room and it did not look the most confident. For the price, it worked for me but my 13 year old did not like the vibe and feel of the neighbor hood

So the rooms were at the very least a mess , there were burn holes from the overwhelming drug use on the property. I would say there's a severe fentanyl usage at this hotel . Quite a few prostitutes as well . Horrible stay this hotel has one good thing about it was there front end staff was very helpful they did switch rooms for me but the room had burn holes on the floor and burnt up fentanyl black marks on the floor.

Do not stay here. This is a ghetto, dirty, drug infested motel. There are drug addicts living here, people are dealing drugs from their rooms and parking lot. My room was dirty. The shower was disgusting, it reeked of cigarette, the sheets were dirty, there was mold in the bathroom and the pool water is like swamp water. I booked this room because I was in a road-trip and needed somewhere to stay along the way. It was so dirty and unsafe I rested for a couple hours and left. This hotel shouldn't be in Expedia. Please please do not book this hotel. Save yourself your money and go else where. Everyone here is on drugs. It's so scary!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. First, the water pressure is very low, and you can barely shower. Second, the air conditioning units are also very low pressure, and it takes ages for that to work. The area around the hotel is very noisy, because big trucks are constantly coming and going. And the cleaning service refused to clean my room for the day that I was there. I have stayed at a Motel 6 before, and I’ve been just fine. But this one was terrible.

The front desk staff was absolutely awesome. They need to be paid more. There are several people that taken up residency at that property and I get that people have to have some more to live, but they were scary people. They advertise that the pool was open and they closed it because they had to shock it, and the whole hotel was out of toilet paper peoplestarting to use the sheets .. Thank God, I brought my own

The property had some sketchy people hanging outs side. The AC inside the room did not give out cold air andnit was 99 degrees outside. We just left after 10 minutes of being in the room. i asked for a refund bit the lady at the counter dis not give me one.
