Breakfast had few options and did not seem overly appealing. Decided not to have breakfast and went to a restaurant instead. Did not have maid service the entire stay; maybe that is the policy, but I was unaware. Expected to come back to a fresh room after a hard day out.

Like the room size. Like the dividingdoor between bedroom & suite. Like the suite. Don’t feel the A/C is working completely properly.

The A/C didn’t keep room cool thru the night. At times it felt warm and didn’t sleep well.

The front desk was rude, and there was guy who was cases the place. The manager was unhelpful.

we found dry blood on the toilet. clearly the bathroom was not clean and probably the room was not that clean either. Also, the toilet was not flushing and the tap water was WHITE even if you let run the water, we had to go out and but some bottled water

They over charged my card by $200 and said I would get it back 5-7 days there went my spending money while I was there with my grandbabies and there was no hot tub and a very small pool

There was nothing really special about this property. The room was small but adequate and a little worn. Breakfast was the usual fare for this type of property. We were traveling home so just needed a place to rest our heads enroute. The room provided that.

The shower curtain did not stay put. I would say I was underwhelmed for the price.

It's a nice place but they charged me $100 more than I booked for plus another $100 deposit. When I spoke to the manager about it, he assured me that they would refund the $200 when I checked out, but so far I haven't received it. It's too bad because I go to the area frequently and I like the location, but not at twice the price

booked hotel for 145$ for one night. got charged the deposit twice for a total 345$ and they would only refund 100.

Breakfast was good. There was hot waffles eggs and sausage. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was warm which we loved. It also had a hot tub for adult relaxation. Has snacks and other essential items for purchase just in case you forget something. Good location and easy to get to either mountian activities or city. Feels safe and secure. Comfortable beds and large rooms.

Would have liked an extra blanket and pillow in the room a for the pull out couch. Our daughter stayed with us for one night before dropping her at her college dorm and there was no extras for the couch pullout. The hot tub was broken for our last night there but when I talked to the front desk they did say that's unusual for this hotel and the owners are great about getting it fixed fast which is good for future refference.. We did stay here a year before and everything was in working order that time.
