Comfortable beds, clean room and blackout curtains.

The sink would randomly start to smell like sewage. Not sure if it was only our room but it would randomly just start to smell and came from the sink.

Location was great. Good swimming pool. Amazing staff.

Nothing. Upon arrival I went to front desk to check in. I stated I had a reservation.( Which was paid in full thru booking.com). I was asked for my Id and credit card and then asked to insert credit card into machine for what I assumed was for incidentals. I was waiting for some kind of info to be shared with me regarding incidentals and policies but it didn’t come from the employee so I decided to ask how much was the incidentals charge on my card. Then I received a dumbfounded look and was told my card was charged 180 to pay for the room and $20 incidentals. He then proceeded to argue with me that I hadn’t been charged twice until I finally showed him on my banking app the 2 separate charges from you and booking. Then I was told he couldn’t do anything about it and for me to talk to a manager. I asked to speak to one and he said no manager would be there until noon the following day. Which just so happens to be checkout time as well. How convenient. So I call the front desk around 11:45am and request to speak to a manager about this over charge and the woman tells me that I can talk to her instead. So I explain the situation and she seems to understand and tells me once I check out they will issue a refund which may take 2-3 days to reach my bank. It’s now day 4 and no money has been returned. I’m dreading the next interaction I’m sure I’ll be having with this hotel staff.

Property is nice and clean. Staff was amazing. They take care of hot tub on a daily basis.

Breakfast was not included and expensive to be sitting in hotel lobby. I understand the need to charge for breakfast, but if $20 a plate needs to be a private area. No fridge in room, and no creamer or sugar in room.
