Good place , not fancy but ok , walking 10 minutes to old town and few steps from local river popular for swimming. Room was pretty big enough for 4 people.

Overall, a great stay at a nice, clean, facility located within a kilometer walk of the main train station. Very friendly staff. On site staff stays till 11 pm and there is phone support afterwards if needed.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 4. About a 10 minute walk to Old Town, which was just fine. We had laundry in unit, which was great for a quick load. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, we loved this property!

Truly wonderful location! Great to have a tram stop right in front, but also was an easy and beautiful walk over the footbridge crossing the Limmat and through the Platzspitz park to the Hauptbahnhof. The views of the Limmat and the industrial quarter all the way to Uetilberg from our 6th floor windows were really stellar! We liked being able to open the big window for some fresh Spring air! The kitchen was great, with it's Keurig, good refrigerator, and dishwasher. And, we were thankful to have a washer/dryer (even though it was a bit frustrating when it refused to open at the end of the cycles, which took a really long time too). All of the staff (housekeeping and front desk) were super nice and accommodating! The whole apartment felt very luxurious and everyone concluded that it really was a perfect choice for our stay in Zürich. Thank you so much! We will be back.

The stay was comfortable. The apartment was so nice and huge and enough to fit 6 people though it says for 5 pax. The breakfast was sent to the room which was good with good varieties even is set. But we had additional 1 teen child and enough to fit in the room and even we requested for consideration to charge additional 1 pax to the same room (as family we prefer to be in same room), it was denied and asked to take another room. What to do as that was their policy.

A lovely spot for our two day stay in Zurich! Great proximity to plenty of restaurants, right on the river with a tram stop directly across the street. And I loved having a washed/dryer in the room! One thing that surprised us was the extra charge to ‘unlock’ the kitchen. When I booked the room, there were photos showing a full kitchen. We were looking forward to this after spending eight days at a small boutique hotel without such amenities. At the room rate paid, access to the kitchen should have been provided or at least clarified more directly in the booking details.

Our family suite met our expectations. The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Good walking location to downtown. We would definitely choose Ema Hotel our next trip to Zurich.

The room was large and well appointed. We had a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath room and it was beautifully decorated , with many little welcoming touches. We ordered breakfast to the room and it was delicious and right on time. Very close to the train station and the beautiful river is in walking distance. Highly recommend this location!

We choose this hotel due to in room Laundry facility which was broken on our visit when asked for help at the front desk they provided none we had take our wet laundry with us to our next destination

Good place for family

hotel is very bare bones for 4 star. it’s unclear to me why it’s considered 4 stars. the apartment suites kitchen is entirely locked down, you don’t even have access to a bottle opener- all drawers are locked- just the sink and coffee pot is free. . if you want to use the kitchen it’s an additional fee each night, there is also no gym at the hotel with the closest one being a 15min walk away and the pass when i tried to use it was expired, and parking is off site, also cost 30$ a night and is a walk away. The rooms are fine but very bare bones and does not warrant the high price (agoda is just down the street, half the price and way more included). The wifi is so slow it’s not useable. At some point i gave up and bought more data.. I’ve stayed at many hotels in the 4-5 star range in zurich and likely would not return unless it was half the current nightly rate. by the time you pay for parking, gym, breakfast and kitchen you can stay somewhere like the renaissance for cheaper and get all the amenities in house.

Everything was wonderful.

The hotel looks and feels new, our room was ample and comfortable, it’s not a luxury hotel, but very comfortable and an excellent value with perfect wifi, fairly good air conditioning, good shower, minibar and an excellent location close to the just a few meters from the tram stop that takes 5 minutes to the train station and just about 10 minutes to the old town.

Excellent place for relaxing and enjoying Ghastas

I simply love everything about the EMA. It’s easy to get too. The price wasn’t bad. Very clean. What I like most is the size. You pay hundreds of dollars to stay in closets in most major city. Not this hotel. The staff were great. I spent a week at the hotel. My return flight was canceled and the airline put me up at a hotel. Because I had stayed at EMA, that hotel was disappointing. I sat on the bed, rebooked a night Ema and left. That’s says a lot.

We stayed one night here and had a positive experience overall. The staff who assisted us upon check in was very helpful and patient while responding to all of our questions. We had a long drive from Adelboden to Zurich and were tired. The staff member gave us time to refresh and then assisted us with restaurant recommendations. We wanted an Italian Resturant and loved our meal at Santa Lucia close by the hotel. Loved that there were enough towels and toiletries for everyone kids included. Breakfast was served on time which worked well for us as we needed to head to airport after. We liked the variety offered. The only issue we had was the difficulty locating the hotel parking which added to the length of our drive. I would recommend that travelers request this information in advance - the staff were helpful and responded to us immediately and guided us before then we had made more than one round to try and locate the parking. Loved that they had a bag weight device which saved us the hassle of having to check this at the airport.

Beautifully and elegant hotel but I got Bed bugs bites in my face and neck.

We really enjoyed this property. It's set up like an executive apartment, with kitchen. Lots of room for our family of four with a fold out couch in living room, roll away bed, and king in separate bedroom. Might have been most comfortable bed I slept in during weeklong trip.
