The location is excellent, staff friendly and helpful, pool area is lovely, I enjoyed the cocktails at the pool. The accommodation was fresh modern and clean. The one bed duplex was perfect for me and my teenage son. Overall I was really impressed with the hotel

Very nice room better than expected but our friends ended up in one that hasn’t been refurbished so quite disappointing. The worst thing are lack of sun beds and idiots putting towels on them in the early hours then walking away for hours and arguing if somebody removes them it clearly states that you can or the hotel will remove towels after 30mins of no one being on them but they don’t carry this out and it leads to confrontation it’s just people being selfish mostly brits too. The location is great and the pool nice. Maid service is also very good If they just sorted the sunbed issue made people stick to the rules it would be great.

Our stay started with a very nice and friendly check-in. Unfortunately, this was the only positive aspect of our stay! When we entered the room, we immediately applied a stale stench. The whole decor and ambiance of the room was “bad” at the moment. After going to the toilet I locked myself because there was no buckle on the door. The air conditioner is an old ceiling fan (does not cool anything). The highlight of this stay were the cockroaches in the room (disgusting, large and not pleasant to see). We first tried to call the front desk. But guess what? The phone does not work. We went to the reception, explained the situation and expressed our dissatisfaction. Instead of understanding or apologizing, we received a rude response and arrogance from the employees. Her response was "You have a standard room, lower your expectations."

The location is amazing. Right next to the beach. Lots of places to eat around it and not far from shops and the water park. The room was really nice with a balcony and 2nd floor bedroom. Didn’t use the pool area as wanted to use the beach but it looked popular. Staff were nice and friendly. Would highly recommend it.

Cheap and clean rooms, would happily stay again and recommed to others. Quick checkin and checkout.

This is the third time I have stayed here. It’s a great location. Can’t comment on food as I had to take advantage of the excellent local restaurants etc

Advised no way and that the larger tour operators took priority over us? Disappointed. Asked again two days later as hotel appeared to not be full and offered to pay upgrade fee. Was told someone would contact us. Again we were informed that the larger tour operators took priority over us? No one contacted us. The settee colapsed The telephone did not work The shower control came off in your hand. Only room on site with a shutter missing. The boiler screamed each time a tap was used below us, hence very early wake up calls.

Stayed here numerous times, and we love it. Nice spacious apartment. Pool area spacious. Beach a couple of minutes walk.

All in all a lovely hotel everything close at hand the only down fall was no air con which I didnt read till already booked my fault. But it did make it uncomfortable to sleep, cant imagine what it would be like in August. Shame because it is the only fault

Our room was outdated, kitchen cabinets where wet and moldy, tiles on floor broken, shower head was broken. Our room faced the street and the noise was so much we did not sleep for 2 weeks, asked for a new room but not possible.

The room beds are terrible.....also the heat in them rooms are very hot 😰. One fan did not do the job. The next time I will be looking for a hotel with air conditioning and good beds ✅

Well situated close to beach , shops and nightlife. We was only self catering and found apartment ok but a bit basic and kitchen units tired and leak on bathroom floor.At night time if we opened bedroom window could hear all sorts of things and people talking televisions on and people coming back at al hours , so found that a bit annoying but on the whole was good for families. The girls who did the entertainment in the bar in the evening were excellent and really friendly and worked hard as we found all the staff to be excellent and couldnt do enough. The complex was very clean and the pool area good with plenty of sun beds .

Wifi cost was 15 euro for 1 week for one device, 25 euros for 2 devices.

A nice place to stay with kids. The layout of the hotel is a bit strange and it was hard to get around with pushchairs. The hotel could do with better maintenance.

Realy enjoyed our stay in family gardens,great location near beach and shop.The rest of my family came up to us everyday as they loved the beach behind the hotel. At night as it was near to the entertainments.Realy loved our stay and family gardens will see us again.

Rollaway bed on request (surcharge).Sound great, this is the room description you gave me for my stay here it was totally inaccurate why? this is what we got I. Room in block 11 S facing onto street with a shared balcony other residents passing by the day and night. 2. Had to pay for (complementary )hair dryer and fan which was needed due to no Airconditioning. 3. Staff so bad in reception when I asked on 3 different days to change to a room with a sea view they just totally refused even though we were ready to pay extra they pretended they had none!!!!the hotel was certainly not full, very disappointed with Hotels.com for wrong info, only thing good about this place is location. Loved the area been there several times before, but will never stay at this accomadation again.
