Beautiful property with well kept grounds. Only downside is pool has no shade until around 5pm when the sun starts falling behind the building. We absolutely enjoy the pool but having some sun relief would be helpful on very hot days.

Just returned from an incredible stay at The Tuscany at Grace Bay! 🌴✨ The location is absolutely stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From the immaculate cleanliness to their warm hospitality, every moment was perfect. Can't wait to come back! 💖

Room and property grounds were immaculate, and the beach was the best beach my family and I have ever seen. Service was outstanding as well. Highly recommend.

I loved everything about this property! Lots of room to relax in, super clean and staff is friendly and helpful, perfect place to stay with the family. Ocean view, close by to convenient store, eating places, the staff is extremely helpful, plenty of cooking essentials, well packed with basic items to make this place feel like home for the planned stay. Will definitely be back next year with the family.

I loved staying at the resort. The staff was amazing. The property was clean, safe, and quiet. It’s not in the hot zone of Turks but that’s what I liked about it.

The property was beautifully landscaped and peaceful. We had a 3br 3bath Villa right on the ocean. It exceeded our expectations. I would love to donit all over again.
There were a couple things that we wish there was a bar/restaurant at our resort. Also, something happened to the water at the whole resort and we didnt have running water from 3p - 10:30pm, so we couldn’t shower and attend our dinner and the resort didnt even bother addressing it or apologizing or offer anything since it ruined guests plans , especially how much it costs to stay for 1 week .

Just got back from a week in TCI. The Tuscany was the perfect location on the quiet end of Grace Bay, but close enough to walk or bike to busier areas. Shawna Mae and everyone at the front desk were super helpful. The 3 bdrm unit was immaculate, great kitchen area, washer/dryer really came in handy, and the screened in living area/porch was awesome! The beach and ocean were outstanding as was access to umbrellas and chairs each day. Shawna Mae set us up with grocery delivery, which saved us money and beach time.....if we had gone to the grocery we would have ended up with double what we needed. Shawna Mae also set us up with Cameron who provided great taxi service during our stay. This was our first time to TCI. We'll be back and we'll stay again at The Tuscany.

I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for something that isn’t all inclusive. Our unit had a full kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, stove and dish washer. Also had a washer and dryer so you can pack lighter. It’s a 30 second walk to the beautiful turquoise waters. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely convenient stay with all the luxuries we could want. We could hear and see the beach right in front of our balcony. We could walk to the pool and the beach with minimal steps. Some
Pool and beach floaties are provided as well as beach towels. They give you a local phone to use if needed. The place was a condo but they also had housekeeping daily. During the day the restaurant next door does rounds and takes orders for food and drinks they will deliver to your chair. I would definitely recommend it.

We had an amazing time at the Tuscany Bay for a long weekend celebrating Mother’s Day! The suite had an incredible view, was spacious and we were able to enjoy the beach without it feeling crowded or busy, can’t wait to go back!

Everything was amazing!! I love the serenity! The beach was cleaner than other properties as in the Palms. The hospitality was awesome!! I will definitely stay here again.

Away from the frey. Peaceful nearly private beach. Immaculately clean unit. Serene. Just what I needed to decompress. If you are looking to lounge on the beach, this is the place!!

The property and our suite were beautiful and well maintained. The property is right on the beach and we had our own screened porch where we could relax and both see and hear the ocean day or night. The property is situated away from the crowds, so we had plenty of privacy. The pool was large enough to allow a multitude of uses. The workout room was clean and well maintained, and we had access to all sorts of water toys.
Although the property lacked a restaraunt or grocery, there were plenty of options within walking distance. We would definately return on our next visit.

This place is heavenly. The units are beautiful with magnificent ocean views . They are furnished beautifully and has a very large screened oceanfront porch where we spent most of our time lounging listening to the sounds of waves and having wonderful times . A few steps from the beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas . Couldn’t love this place any more

The Tuscany was excellent. Located towards the end of all of the hotels in Grace Bay, all ocean front views and on the quieter side. We lived everything about it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Property is located right on the beach with umbrellas and chairs to soak up the sun! No restaurants but you should explore all the restaurants on the island.Definitely recommend

The Tuscany greatly exceeded my expectations. Property was perfect. Unit was in pristine condition. View from the fifth floor oceanfront balcony was amazing. Staff were to a person friendly and personable. I look forward to returning soon.

Beautiful property. Our unit was on the first floor with a screened in veranda where we could have breakfast and listen to the waves. Unit had large rooms and a full kitchen. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable.

Sparkling clean, quiet and relaxing resort. Our room was very spacious and felt like home. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch every morning while listening to waves and enjoying the beautiful views! A short walk to a lunch spot and we really just enjoyed floating in the clear turquoise water. We took a snorkel cruise and pickup was a short beach walk. Excellent vacation!

From arrival to departure, staff and property was more than we imagined. Spacious room, uncrowded beach and pool. Quiet trip with the family was what we were looking for and Tuscany delivered.
