Hotel staff were really nice location was great

We spent 4 days there and everything was as it was described. The room was absolutely clean and the staffs were kind. They helped us with everything we needed. We didn’t include the breakfast before we go but when we see the buffet, we immediately paid for it which was a really good option that we can take it whenever we want. The room we stayed had a sea view which was also good, especially in the evening. Hotel is only 15 minutes away to a nearest beach called Cala Major by walk and 25 minutes away to another one called Illetes by bus. There are several restaurants and markets nearby which one can find food or anything whenever they need. Hotel also has Miro’s arts which we really enjoyed during our stay. Definitely suggest to read the definitions those arts have. Thanks for everything!

Staff waived hotel tax fee due to smell/water dripping inconveniences.

Breakfast and reception was a highlight. We could enjoy a free visit to the Pilar y Joan Miró museum because of our stay in this hotel and the visit is wonderful. Appliances are good and the pool too. Location also is excellent, with a short walk to Cala Mayor, one of the best calas we've been, close to restaurants and bus stops to the city center. Would definitely stay again in this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Extremely clean. Lovely staff from reception to restaurant , Sam has to get a mention - the happiest chef I have ever met. Delicious breakfast. Immaculately clean pool area and toilets. My only criticism is the surrounding area which wasn’t very pretty but very convenient for Palms and Portopi. A few good local restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again

Fabulous hotel - a bit further from the beach than I thought - 150 steps down! Staff amazing… Bit noisy late at nite with construction nearby but otherwise great… pool area wonderful!

This is an excellent hotel for anyone visiting Palma, but particularly for those who like the art work of Joan Miro. His paintings are reflected in various ways throughout the hotel but also nearby are 1) the Miro Foundation, where you can see not only multiple artworks by Miro, but also his studios, which are fascinating; and 2) the Marivant Palace Gardens, where there are 12 Miro sculptures well situated at different points around the beautiful, peaceful gardens. The hotel has good facilities, including a large swimming pool with sun loungers, overlooked by an inddor and outdoor bar area. Our room, with a Miro painting reproduced on one wall, are relatively compact, but well furnished and comfortable. The bathroom had an excellent shower. The hotel is outside the city centre, but there are good bus services into the centre. All the staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended hotel!

Decent room for my one night stay

We loved our room with sea view and the balcony .

We stayed for just 4 nights to explore the coast and beaches. The hotel was perfectly located for public transport. All staff were helpful and kind. Our bedroom was compact but nice and bathroom shower was great. We were upgraded on arrival as our allocated room - with balcony- overlooked a concrete grey wall. We’d have been disappointed to have stayed in that room and would have checked out after two nights.

Poor experience- advertised as having parking but it was 10 minutes away. Hotel not in a nice area and standard of accommodation was not 4 star

Staff were very friendly. Samuel did great omelettes. Estelle really helpful receptionist. Easy to get number 4 bus to Palma or beaches. Really good swimming pool. Rooms good size and breakfast nice too. Will stay again.

A quiet lovely hotel, with a very friendly and smiling staff.

Run-down hotel in shabby area. The cleaning was not at all up to standards, and the hallways had musty, old broen carpets. Only positive thing about the hotel was the ghaneesian man making omelettes at breakfast - polite and very service-minded employee!

I visited the hotel on June 7th, 2023. The overall experience was very good, just the room during first day was not in the best shape. The location is a little far from Palma center - about 1 hour on foot

Loved the artwork! And everyone was helpful, happy and professional.

My friend and I booked this hotel and resort ‘blindly’, for the reason that we were only staying for 3 nights and didn’t want a long airport transfer. Well, what a find this hotel was! Our room was lovely, all the areas in the hotel were so clean and comfortable but the stand out for us was the fabulous staff; they were extremely friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay a great one. A special shoutout to Marco, who makes the best Mojitos and Samuel who conjured up the tastiest omelette with the happiest of smiles!

Great stay! I would suggest a rental. It’s pretty hard to navigate the town. Taxi service is pretty unreliable. The staff was very friendly.

Everything was good.

Pleasent and peaceful hotel with a very nice staff, Ten minutes to the beach. Free transport to Palma every morning. Nice pool area. Lovely breakfast. But if you are travelling with teens, the area is rather boring. We discovered Arenal the last couple of days, and will stay there if we ever go back to Mallorca.
