Room service would happen on day 3, there wasn’t hot water for a shower only Luke warm, continental breakfast wasn’t good as the eggs stuck to the pan as they had been there awhile.

The room we stayed in smell terrible. Says non smoker but sure did smell like it was a smoker room. Bed sheets had hair all over it like it was never change. Pillow cases were yellow and did not look clean. Luckily we had our own pillows from our road trip. Would have brought it to service attention but it was almost midnight when we checked in. Suprise this hotel has positive reviews. Either it’s fake reviews or we just got a bad room.

I had reserved a King bed room, but the hotel did not provide.

We were disappointed with the "suites". The most disconcerting was the security/ room safety. The door to the room did not fit well and there was light showing through from the hall on 3 sides - questioned the safety in a fire - no seal of the room from the hall.
Overall it was a tired hotel.

Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of places to eat close by. Nice place for the affordable price. I would definitely recommend it to others and stay again.

Hotel seemed to have a very good rating. Room furnishing were a mishmash of things. Room seemed dirty like the kitchen floor. The sheer curtains had rips.

I felt comfortable and safe. This was a very budget friendly choice to visit the area and look at homes

Updated clean room. Both desk clerks friendly and efficient. Very pleasant surprise, better than most big name chains I usually stay at. I try to support the family owned business. Going back in spring and plan on staying there.

I was hesitant at first because of the low rates, but was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, quiet and close to everything we needed. Also, very pet friendly! We will definitely stay again next year!

Room was ok, did see a bug or two. One thing though is they charge $100 incidental fee (refundable) but won’t let you charge anything against it. They had bottled water at the front desk bust you had to pay CASH for it “unless” it was $10 or more, then you could use a credit card

Folks were very nice. We had 2 rooms booked. In one room there were roaches visible immediately and the refrigerator was not clean. The 2nd room had no issues. We booked it due to a very high rating and it is an ok place, but I think the rating was a bit high.

Stay was fine, just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Breakfast was only egg, biscuit and gravy, waffle or cereal. Housekeeping walked in without knocking before we checked out.

This was a good stay. Breakfast was ok. The second floor seems like it was added later and so is more updated. The front desk says they service your room on the third day of your stay, however we never got service. We didn't ask either. The lobby feels a little older, but the staff was nice. Rooms were in good condition.

Stains on blanket and shower handle fell off when I turned on water. They took a deposit when I checked in so I had to make sure I wasn’t charged for these issues. I did like that they had wood floors and no smelly carpet.

The receptionist was very nice and informative at check-in. And that morning the man that was there was very respectful and wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Clean & convenient stay. Everything was great, except breakfast was extremely minimal and not very appetizing.

Room had water bugs. But on the upside, they sprayed within 15 minutes of being told about the bugs. Downside- some survived.

We were downstairs. The people above us walked like a herd of elephants well into the night.
The chairs cushion was upside down. We turned it over to sit in it. There was a giant rip.
We took a picture due to they hold $100 for incidentals. We didnt want to get blamed for that

The staff was friendly and the checkin was smooth. The threshold at the top of the stairs is damaged. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast choices did not appeal to me. I went two blocks away to The Fort Restaurant for breakfast.

The dog in the room across from us was LOUD. There was a roach in the room, the shower was slow, and there was a very intimate hair in the bed. We were provided new sheets. I killed the roach. We opted for another hotel on our way back. I get that they were remodeling but there’s no excuse for cleanliness.
