The hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff was nice. However, there were no outlets for American plugs.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Very good breakfast, which my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed each morning. The morning staff were very kind and a great way to start the day.

Nice and helpful staff, great breakfast and prime area. Room and floored smelled like smoke for most of the stay despite no smoking signs and guests were loud until about 3am which made it difficult to sleep. I suggest having a security guard/ staff member supervising over night.

Check-in is smooth and professional. Desk clerk very helpful with directions and advice for the Napoli experience. Rome raves about Pizza Napoli - we were directed to the genuine source, Sorbillo at Via Dei Tribunali 32 ( not the busy place with the blue sorbillo flags) walk a little further to the smaller place with Sorbillo etched in the glass over the door…viola!.. Pizza Napoli. This walk from Palazzo Turchini takes you through Centro Antico. There is also a beautiful Church right next door to Palazzo Turchini and hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Port of Naples for next steps travel to ports beyond. Room is clean and comfortable.

The staff were very helpful for anything we needed. We stayed here as an anchor point for visiting Capri and Positano. It was a 5 minute walk to the ferry for both of these stops. Breakfast was included with a nice variety and delicious.

Friendly, English-speaking staff, wonderful breakfast service, nice accommodations, great value, and best of all, location! Centrally located for easy walking to restaurants, Old Town, maritime center, and shopping. Highly recommend.

We were taking the morning ferry to Amalfi and the location of this hotel to the ferry port was very convenient and close. We walked there in 10 minutes. The breakfast on the rooftop patio was the perfect start to the day!

Very good location with walking distance to everything you need. Room was clean and nice. Everything was good. The only criticism is the breakfast which was not much and not diverse. But the servers were too nice and helpful and they made your morning better. Special thanks to Mateo whom gave us a lot of help and was very nice.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good and plentiful. The covid policy made it difficult and time consuming to get more coffee and food. As long as you didn’t need a quick breakfast it was great. Our room space was very tight and noisy (perhaps we got the last room available). We were next to the courtyard and awoken by the noises of restaurant supplies being transported (restaurant was the floor above ours) and conversations. The hotel was advertised as air conditioned. Upon arrival we were told the AC was “turned off” for the season. It was early November. I understand it may be the usual policy yet if the weather is unseasonably warm or cold they should adapt the indoor environment for the guests.The room was really stuffy. Opening the windows for fresh air movement made it very loud from airplanes coming and going.

Palazzo Turchini is located near the Castel Nuova and a short distance from the ferry terminal. Everyone was very helpful. The room was well appointed and comfortable.

This is a very tired hotel in need of a reno. Bad wifi, dated rooms, no amenities, staff were friendly. Small dated rooms, rock hard pillows and mattresses. Not 4 Stars or upscale like they claim. I would be happy with this room/hotel if I booked a 2 star.

I reserved a room with air conditioned but from the reception I got told that it was deactivated by the city (???) from the 1st of October and I should haven opened the window. Result? Warm and full of mosquitoes

For a hotel built in 2004, its very tired - poor aircon, no amenities to to speak of, wifi barely works - staff did a great job of making a poor stay better - but this place needs remodelling and quick

people at front desk were very helpful in booking reservations. Breakfast room was sunny with small balcony. Breakfast was very good and wait staff was very friendly and pleasant.
