Excellent hotel and dining facilities at very reasonable prices.

Very central, at walking distance from Bilbao Intermodal/San Mames. Wifi works perfectly. Rich breakfast, fine rooms. Minor negative points: my windows looked into an internal court and there was somewhere in one of the corridor a light going on and off all night and that was to see through the thick curtains as well. Moreover, I was a it disappointed the restaurant was not open at the time of my visit.

Only stayed overnight.near bus station so very handy. Had meal in restaurant it was okay

The staff were very welcoming friendly and knowledgeable. Close to all tourist attractions - within a short walk.

Fantastic welcome just after midnight, parking no problem, very helpful staff, most obliging about every request, excellent room, ultra clean, modern, comfortable, quiet, good lifts, acceptable breakfast & attentive efficient restaurant staff. Great location, so convenient. Could not ask for anything better, excellent stay for two nights in Bilbao.

This room is not suitable for a four stars hotel. The three beds were so close that lit was impossible to go around them. The third bed with wheels sticking out and a metal plaque injured one of us. The fridge had major scratches and walls and bathroom showed too much wear.(cracks in the granite and moldy grout) In short we am not coming back. Although the staff was very kind welcoming and accommodating.

Staff very helpful and friendly, rooms scrupulously clean. Loved the fact that the tram terminus is right outside. Only used the dining room once; excellent standard, but unfortunate lack of vegetarian options. Lounge bar disappointed as it is basically the lobby.

Fantastic hotel in Bilbao. Great friendly staff and very comfortable and clean rooms. Overall great hotel chain and a welcome change from the American chains.

Restaurant was overpriced the cost of parking was shocking when I managed to park I had a job to get out of the car as the spaces were so small

A comfortable room with a great location. Also, the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn´t so good was that I could hear the person in the next room.

The reception staff where very helpful but not always there especially at night. We had tea in the room the teacup was not washed and also teabags not replaced. Very small bedroom with a stairwell view no natural daylight. Expensive for what and where it was.

Good location, good breakfast, quiet room

The Hotel was conveniently located right opposite the tram that does a banana shaped trip around the left of the city but deposits you at the Guggenheim on the way. Zillions of buses also outside the front doors. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Check in was efficient even though I arrived before the appointed hour. Highly recommend this hotel. Also short walk to local bars and shops.

The trouble with this hotel 1. we all stated about 10 people the extortionate prices if the food. 2. Massively overpriced breakfast and breakfast staff were unhelpful. 3.The restsurant was empty all the time we were there. 4. 35 euros for a dinner was crazy. 5. overpriced parking 6. We had a drink from from the mini bar a juice it was 17 months out of date. Would stay again but will not eat tgere. we normally all eat in the hotel when we stsy but not in this one.

On the edge of the city really. Tram terminal was right outside which was handy. Room smelt like Someone smoked in it and was a bit tired. Receptionist gave lots of helpful navigation tips and suggestions of things to do.

First class hotel in good location.

Take a long walk or the tram out front to the Guggenheim. Local restaurants are all around. Tram to Casco Viejo for traditional Basque food. Very comfortable room and good looking modern boutique hotel. Reasonable. Nice staff.

It was easy to get to central Bilbao from the airport on the airport bus which was very cheap to use(1.45 euro single). Discovering Bilbao was fascinating and it was very easy to see many of the sights on foot. The transport systems are easy to use and during our stay we used the metro, local buses and trains. We particularly enjoyed visiting the Vizcaya Bridge (only a 15 min metro ride away) where we enjoyed views of Bilbao harbour and beyond.We travelled further afield to San Sebastian on the bus (which had beautiful beaches), and then Guernica and Bermeo.( a lovely fishing village) on the train.

Located at the quieter end of town this smart compact hotel is the perfect place to stay. Just a short 10 min walk from the main bus station (or 5 min by tram) it is literally just a few short steps from Las Casilla tram stop (it terminates right outside the hotel) Small but comfortable rooms, with a good sized bathroom & all the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel, inc' a safe. house phone, numerous power outlets, flat screen TV, fridge, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries etc. The rooms are lovely. Being directly opposite the tram stop makes it the perfect location to explore this beautiful city, with all the major attractions dotted close to it's route it is easy to hop on /hop off with an "all day return" ticket. (5 euros as of 15/1/17). If like me you prefer to walk, Bilbao is an ideal City for getting around. For example, some friends of ours elected to catch the tram back to the hotel from the Adando stop, me & my partner decided to walk. We actually got back a couple of min's before them as we're able to walk directly (the tram circumnavigates the City) As for general hotel facilities, the lobby contains a small bar, a small computer station & the main restaurant (where you also have breakfast) The breakfast is excellent & in typical European style, with a reasonable selection (considering the limited space) all caters for most tastes. Close to the Hotel they are a number of bars, small shops & a good sized "Simply" supermarket 100 mtrs away.

Nice experience. Hotel staff very polite and accommodating. Rooms smallish but clean and well appointed for the price.
