Nice clean hotel. Lobby and check in is from 7am to 7pm. Hotel hidden in cove with no signage, so youll need GPS to find. A bit disturbing the number of times they needed and collected my drivers license and credit card info.

Upon check in, our room was very warm. They told us to wait, it should get cooler. It did not so I asked for a fan. It was loud but it helped a little. I spoke with the manager & she put us in another room that was much better. She said she was crediting our stay & it had to go through you.

Really great place, everything super clean. The breakfast is amazing and it has a lot of complementary things to do as kayaks, bicicles. the pool and jacuzzi are open 24hs . The lady from the receptions was super nice with us.

There was trash floating in the water 30 feet from a pool net which could have been used to pick it up. Overflowing garbage receptacles with garbage and dead fish guts that stunk. Life jackets were in the water, under the dock and stuffed between rocks. Obvious they had been there for some time. No maintenance people anywhere outside. This has nothing to do with their renovation. Those people were quiet, polite and took all their stuff with them.

Soo much potential but execution was poor. I really appreciate the Latina receptionist who wears one too many hats, wish I would’ve remembered her name. She made the experience so much better due to her professionalism and kindness.
There is no staff after 7pm and the after hours emergency number was not being answered during our stay. The A/C in the living room didn’t work in our room. The breakfast waffles had no syrup or batter and the toaster didn’t work… just LOTS of little things to work on.
Once the renovations are complete and they are fully staffed then I think it can then be considered a resort.

Awesome property to stay at. We only stayed 1 night but wished we stayed longer hear. Will definitely be back to spend more time here. Snappers next door was amazing food and drinks and was great all night and quieted down at 10pm which was awesome.

Terrible, AC didn’t work. Complained everyday, manager would not take care of the issue. We checked out on Friday and on Saturday I received a call that they were charging our card for $250 for a TV we did not break and the manager would not call me back. 0 stars. Would NEVER return

The picture is deceiving. The hotel needs a renovation. I was very shock that it was a Wyndham property. It was clean, and the front desk lady was very friendly.

This hotel left a lot to be desired and was super disappointing. From check in to check out we were filled with disappointment. We checked in, asked where to park bc the parking area was a mess, we were told to park wherever, super unhelpful as there were only about 8 real spots. We asked a few times for swimming pool towels and each time there were none available. The ceiling ac unit was dripping water, there were ants throughout, the sliding glass door was super hard to open and close, the sheets were super thin, the refrigerator was in the bedroom, no microwave, half the outlets didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, the tv in the bedroom was tiny, etc. The best parts of the hotel were the pool and the comfort of the bed.

Staff was rude and unhelpfully, Our ac didn't work, furniture was falling apart the drawers in the night stands would no close and kept rolling out, no soap in the room even after we asked for some.

Great place. Restaurant within crawling distance with fantastic seafood. The 2 single kayaks were in need of repair but useable. We loved sitting in the chairs and being able to look at the ocean while the bar had live singers playing. There is not swimmable beach, but the pool was great.

The hotel is located on a beautiful point and is next to an outstanding restaurant. We reserved an Ocean View room. The room had a small window over looking some scrub trees and a fence with junk stored against it. The room only had one end table by the bed with one lamp and the furniture was obviously worn. We stayed here 10 years ago and were very disappointed this trip. Parking was a problem. It has great potential and hopefully the Wyndham Hotel system will improve the facility and operation.

Being able to walk to Snappers for food is amazing. Also, the pool faces the restaurant/bar so at night you get live music hanging out in the pool.

The hotel was under construction. The rooms were in really bad shape. The showers were horrible. You can't even see how to turn the hot water. It's really not what the pictures show. The office closes and then they want to charge you even more fees for a run down place. Avoid this place.

Quiet get away, restaurant within walking distance was the highlight. The property is a little run down in some parts, but VERY CLEAN. I did not like that they would not honor our Wyndham status ( we have GOLD and should have received an upgrade and late check-out, which we did not).
At check-in they tried to tell us we got an 'upgrade' but it looked like a downgrade, we paid for oceanview, got a very weird room with water views in the distance, I totally hate when they play with words like that. The property is a solid 3.5 stars for me, the highlight is having the restaurant so close, and the zen like feel of the quietness of the area. I really liked how relaxing it was in general, no loud spring-breakers or music.
