The property was comfortable, the staff pleasant. We really loved the fact that they provided little touches like bbqs, out door socializing spaces and a collection of board games. These little touches made the property feel more like a home

The sound of the air condition is so loud you cannot sleep.

The staff were great and it’s nice to see a family owned business be successful.

Front staff Kris is very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff and breakfast person needs some work about being friendly and cheerful towards their guests.The breakfast area gets too crowded on busy mornings. Over all its still a good stay in Kelowna. The location is close to everything.

Great check in. Centrally located but off the strip one block so less noise. Many families were outside having gatherings and dinner outside on barbecues. Nice kitchenette and good breakfast.

It was a little old facility but very well maintained. Cleanliness is one of the main factors in booking a hotel.

Comfortable and clean, spacious room. Helpful friendly staff. Breakfast ok, but a bit limited. Would recommend and use again.

Could use some renovations as it’s super old. It has that old smell when you first come in, also pool is out of order but they told us we can use their sister hotel pool. But staff are nice.

It was a nice and comfortable stay especially with the pets. Front desk was amazing. The only disappointment was the breakfast experience. The lady at the breakfast was so cold and rude that even when I smiled and greeted her she didn’t smile back or respond. I felt uncomfortable asking her even for hot water for my tea. Basics like hot water should be easily accessible without one having to ask for it. I didn’t feel welcomed at breakfast and the attitude of the lady there was very rude. There were no eggs. I liked the place except the breakfast.

For the price of a room we got what could be described as a two bedroom suite including a kitchen! Would definitely book again

Stayed for 3 nights and had zero issues, room was clean and staff were easy to deal with.

The staff in the breakfast/kitchen is amazing very industrious and friendly.

The front staff (he did write down his name but in our travels I misplaced it), but he was so kind, so energetic and helpful and contacted us right away as well to let us know the pool issue they were having and where we could go instead, the food in the area, deposit information, etc.

The rooms were great. They had a kitchenette with dishes and appliances which was great for travelling with kids. The pool was down for maintenance while I was there so that was as less great but not much can be done about that. It looked like a great pool. There was green space outside with BBQ’s and chairs.

Great location near shopping, food and easy access. Having a kitchen in the room was great and all the staff were extremely friendly and the service was great. Extra shout out to Kris during a busy check in and being super thorough with all info all with a big smile. Will stay here again next visit to Kelowna

Property was dog friendly, central location, close to the park. Only downside was the pool was out of order and the temperature was 40C . A cool dip would have been nice.

Walked in and was met by Kris working the front desk, the most professional service I've ever had from a hotel front desk clerk, he was fast and professional, very quick and in that short period before I even seen the hotel I knew where everything was, and how everything worked, the suite was spacious and the clean, felt very homey, they had games outside, barbeques, lawn games, jenga, etc. The games were convenient we ended up playing the games and it was fun, was extremely quiet, close to downtown & the beaches, and across the street from the mall, they had extra towels, or the right number that matched the beds, even in expensive hotels you only ever get two sets, the suite we had also had a separate bedroom for the second queen, and a pullout mattress, and for all of this it was the average price of a basic hotel/motel room, loved it, will be returning in the near future and using this same motel.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room we had was large and much accommodating for our family. The rooms could use some updating but if you're there for a night or two, good place to stay over. Lots of restaurants in the area and close to the beach and downtown (few min drive). Spend a bit more time driving and you can be near fruit picking farms. Overall, we were satisfied.

Value for money. Stayed the one bed suites for two nights. Room is spacious clean and comfortable. Central location easy to go round the town. Staff are nice and helpful. Complementary breakfast is a plus. Not a typical motel traveller but it was a good experience. Will stay again.
