Family hotel. Great service from the hotel staff. both the attention at reception and in the restaurant was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and varied. The only negative aspect is that the room needed a renovation (both painting and repairs, mainly the bathroom). The sofa bed was old and full of stains and dirt.

Loved the options of activities at the hotel. Victor at the front desk was amazing and friendly. All the staffs actually were great and friendly! Had an amazing time with my family!

The food in the all inclusive buffet was amazing best Iv had at an all inclusive! Very fresh! Amazing sea views and great walks to harbours and stunning natural pools! It is very windy however

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful boardwalk in front.

We originally booked a standard room, but at check-in we asked for a seaview room with double bed. This was an upgraded room but well worth it. The room had two double beds and a bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle. Lovely friendly staff, fantastic room.

Have stayed several times at hotel, staff are lovely, reception, pool areas spotless. Dining room great. Bedrooms are a bit tired and need some refurbishment. Will return.

Nice clean room that would, however benefit from some updating in terms of furniture, curtains and so forth.

Double room was suite sized, and had a big balcony. The gym is a bit small, but there is good dining around the area and a supermarket if you just need a few things. Room was clean, my shower was in a tub so not the best showering expiernce, but overall good.

Didn’t eat so can’t comment on the food. Hotel is tired and in need of a refurb. Very basic

Comfortable beds nice atmosphere cosy bar . close to all amenities right oon the beach. Large sun bathing area . Plenty of breakfast choice too.

It should be 3 star rating, not 4 star as stated in their website . Hotel is fine but not worth for the money paid. Double rooms are too small for 2 adults and not same the same as per their picture . Breakfast is very basic and limited options . Same breakfast options every day . Staffs are good but not flexible, especially the manager . Can be better z not worth for money

The hotel is clean and tidy. Staff are amazing and really look out for the guests. The only criticism is the hotel needs a little updating, broken tiles, water damage to floors, doors and architraves. Bathrooms need updating.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were lovely, very friendly and very, very helpful. Whilst the communal facilities were in a good condition (e.g. reception, bar and restaurant etc), the bedrooms themselves were tired and would benefit from a refurbishment. We were promised a bottle of cava on arrival as it was our twentieth anniversary - this never materialised.

The stay was great for one night. The staff member on duty that evening was brilliant.

Hotel very clean in all areas. Staff always happy to help, exceptional customer service. Food could be hotter, but I would say that's normal for a buffet. Plenty of choice but could do with a bit more flavouring. We had a junior suite and it was huge, very pleased 😃 All round great hotel Will stay again and would recommend to friends and family 🙂

The hotel was in a great position. There is an excellent promenade in front of it. The staff were excellent. I do feel that the rooms could be better. The bathrooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. All the chrome on the taps and handrails has come off and the sinks belong in a skip. The rooms are clean but certainly not 4 star. It is a shame as the potential to be excellent is there but not fulfilled. I dont understand why maintenance such as painting the walls is not an ongoing operation. The breakfast was very good.

My stay here was truly a pleasure, the staff were very friendly, speedy and helpful especially Vanessa and the other reception ladies, everything about this hotel was more than i had imagined & will be coming back soon !!

Unfortunately the weather was not good to us, wind, clouds and rain. Hotel is what you pay for, surprisingly apartments cleaned every day which was a bonus. I would recommend savings to be gained.

It is a Functional and clean hotel with great views from the pool and balcony. However the decor is very bland, Buffet food is in the restaurant which was very average and often cold and Water machine in restaurant and gym were not working. Bottle of water not even offered with dinner or breakfast in half board given this seems odd for a 4 star hotel.

Loved staying at this very friendly and comfortable hotel. The staff were all so lovely and always ready to help. The location was great, right on the coast, sunrise and sunset over the sea is the most stunning view! The area was quieter than the main Playa las Americas where we stayed before. This hotel was much better for relaxing. There are local fish & also Halal Indian restaurants open until about 11pm which is about 5 mins walk. The hotel has buffet breakfast-a good selection to choose from, there’s also a chef there who cooks you omelette with your choice of ingredients. There’s a very small gym with only a few machines which is not so great if you like a good workout in the mornings before breakfast. The pool is a decent size. 1.5 meters all the way around. Only comment I would like to add is that it would have been nice to add bottled water in the rooms and also a kettle and some tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but apart from that no negative experience. Was a fantastic place to stay. Thankyou

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vincci. There is nothing we can fault, all staff performed a great job and were friendly and professional. We had a lovely room overlooking the sea, it was a good size, large bathroom, comfortable beds and cleaned daily. We stayed all inclusive and there was plenty of choice with a good variety of hot and cold food available at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is in a quiet location near to both the airport and golf club with lovely walks along the front to small towns in both directions.

2 night stay prior to leaving Tenerife South Airport. Good buffet breakfast and also excellent buffet dinner. Nice swimming pool. There is good walking along mainly a boardwalk to Los Abrigos (10 mins) and a marina in the other direction (20 mins). Close to the hotel is a supermarket, a pharmacy and a variety of restaurants. The TFS airport is approximately 15 mins by taxi ( 12- 15 euros)
