The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The place has seen better days, it would benefit from some renewal... Doors and furniture are pretty worn out and delapidated. At one point we turned on the microwave and it tripped the breaker, losing all power to the room; the night desk guy struggled to find the right panel and tripped breaker, I had to step in and help him to get it resolved.
You get what you pay for and we wanted a cheap place to stay, so I'm not really upset about the issues I mentioned. Days Inn is my go to because it's inexpensive and typically nicer/cleaner than say a Motel 6, I've stayed at many over the years; this one probably ranks at the bottom of the list due to the facility conditions.

Adequate budget friendly! Family came into town for NFL game. Hotel is fairly close to Tukwila station. We were able to drive to tukwila station (free parking) then catch the central link light rail into the downtown core avoiding high cost parking and heavy traffic headsches.
The property itself is fairly clean in a decent neighbourhood with various resteranuts, stores and a bowling alley all within walking distance
Only complainy would be cable service. Eeach room is fed with a very antiquated analog cable to the back of a flat screen for each room. No guide to indicate what channels show what? Outdated analog signal not even in HD

Honestly wasn’t horrible, but the place needs to be a little renovated and updated. Also, the hallway smell like pee and to be honest the rooms even have kind of a pee smell. Breakfast wasn’t horrible, but could be a few more options. Service was nice. There was no gym, but they had something called a spy, which was really a hot tub. Rooms were clean had no issues with that but the main problem was the smell.

Nice hotel, albeit looking a little frayed along the edges. We were checked in by a friendly gentleman fairly late in the evening. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and bathroom was clean. We had a king size bed and the room was, err, roomy. The carpet was vacuumed but in need of a deep clean.
Breakfast was sparse. Waffles, cereal, hard boiled eggs, bread, biscuits and country gravy. Coffee and juice, too. The breakfast area was clean, too.
We checked out with a pleasant woman who wished us well.

The water faucet in the bathtub wzz very touchy. A slight, and I mean slight, move and it would go from very hot to very cold. Adjustment was difficult. In faurness I failed to report to front desk at check-out. Everything else about the property was "Excellent!"

Staff absolutely very nice, try their best to meet our needs eg give us hot water at the middle of the night, free storage of water after check out, we are well treated here although the hotel is a bit outdated, but very clean and cozy.eatery, 711 close by.1min walk to bus station to airport. Bed very comfort, room is basic.overall satisfied our need

I've stayed at this property many times. I think it's the best property for the price. This stay, however, there was a problem with the hot water. It took forever to get to my room. Once in the shower, the hot water would come and go. So the shower would go from just right to freezing, and it would take a while for the hot water to come back on.

1. Location - convenient and its near the freeway. Easy access to gasoline station and food
2. Property - there's cameras outside the parking and well- lighted so it's a plus. The hotel is near a freeway so its not totally quiet
3. Rates - reasonable for the location
4. Staff - the customer service is poor. except for the lady that works last August 6, 2024 in the afternoon shes friendly and at the same time professional
The hotel itself is not bad. it needs an update but my stay was still fine. Hopefully they will give the deposits back immediately.

We had an earlier booking with a different hotel which turned out to be a total sham & fraud. Booked this on a very short notice and i had no regrets. The rooms, surrounding and everything about the hotel was amazing. They provided variety of meals in their breakfast room. It was very clean, the amenities worked perfectly well and we had a very nice stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would visit again if in that part of town again.

It needs updating,the hot water takes a real long time to get hot and the sheer curtain needs cleaning looked like I hope chocolate (hopefully not blood) .
The staff was nice and did their job.
The area is questionable a lot of homeless people in the area.
The good thing was it wasn’t as expensive as some of the other hotels so that’s a plus.

The location of the hotel is really nice , guest service was great anything i asked for it was done right away. There was one Mexican lady at the front desk took good care of us and anything we needed she was there. She went above and beyond great customer service. Hopefully they can update the breakfast menu and the air condition should be placed somewhere else its way too strong especially if you have a baby . After all i had a good experince for 1 night stay .

Old, dirty, basic hotel. Toilet overflowed & they cleaned it with towels that they then left on the floor. No mopping or sanitizing after. I will not choose Wyndham anywhere ever again. Also collected a deposit on a prepaid room- not mentioned on hotels.com site & took over 30 minutes for check in. I did check in on app & still took over 30 minutes to get a room. I was the only person checking in or in the lobby. DONT STAY HERE!

Stay was good. Was nervous because of other reviews but took the chance because for a last minute booking it was one of the better looking, price friendly options in the area.
We had no issues. We didnt require any room service, check in and check out were quick and easy. Staff was friendly
If i were to be picky at all id say the towels were small, and there was an old tear on one of the sheets but that didnt affect the quality of the stay at all! Wear and tear happens over time and they were clean!
Shower pressure was nice also 👍

The staff were rude, at check-in and at breakfast. Taking a shower was a roller coaster of being freezed out and burning up.
