The hotel is really clean and 21st century with staff at reception speaking English. Customer service at dinner needs some improvement. The staff is not smiling and quite strict. Not happy if you ask to change things or to bring extra and constantly following like a hawk to see if you do something they might not agree. I didn't like to dinne outside because the hotel allowed people to smoke at the table and we were chocked by their smoking. Small area for breakfast considering how big is the hotel, which means that you have to wait at certain times and wait to queue to get your food. Overall, a nice hotel but in an industrial area

The property wasn’t as clean as expected and we found bed bugs. Staff was extremely friendly and positive but was extremely disappointed by the rolls themself.

This was one of my least favorite hotels for this trip. The property itself was great, but very impersonal. The person checking us in wasn't particularly friendly and was frowning the entire timr, but they did accommodate our request for an extra blanket quickly and with no fuss. The breakfast was somewhat awkward as well. We didn't pre-pay and the host made a huge deal of walking us to the register and making sure we paid. It just wasn't the same experience as with most other hotels where hosts were more courteous, the charge for breakfast could be paid at checkout or added to the room. But it was also a lot larger and more populated. Maybe I'm spoiled. We didn't really do much in the area other than grab dinner in the center of town. Which was pretty good but definitely not within quick walking distance.

The air conditioning was not great and the smoking directly outside the entrance was unappealing. Rooms were big and clean and staff were friendly. Would stay again but only for 1 night.

Wonderful breakfast buffet. Staff was wonderful. Beds very comfortable. Easy drive into Como to see the lake.

This is a corporate hotel, ideal for business people. It’s very modern, and has the great facility of a garage linked to rooms with stairs from inside rooms, but its location wasn’t great, in an out of town shopping centre albeit with some walkable restaurants on a busy road nearby

They don’t have kettle in all rooms,first time been in a hotel not having kettle or iron in room, was on 4th floor but they have a ironing room on the floor,the bed is not comfortable as well,cleanliness is good and they do clean rooms every day.

Breakfast start from 7:00am and too late for ealy workers. I hope they start serving Breakfast at latest 6:30 or provide just coffee and briosh free if they can not open before. 7:00 to start was far late and I could not get any breackfast while I stayed.

Was very disappointed in the black mould around the bathtub, and the body wash dispenser was empty.

We didn't stay for very long. To say the least, the hotel was perfectly sufficient. The personal was very helpful and fluent in English. Sure, as a gymrat I'd have loved a better equipped "fitness room", but a gym isn't what you check in a hotel for. The breakfast was very pleasing and the room was comfortable enough for vacation stress. Great stay!

Great hotel, parking is good and free. Had restaurant in hotel, clean rooms and nice stuff. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Reception staff was fantastic Kristi is an exceptional host. Dining: limited choice , below standard service with attitude. You must have a reservation even on an empty dining room. Food was below Italian standard . Overcooked pasta (possibility of frozen meal reheat it) Rooms where better than any competitors around there so was brekfast service open rigorously 7 to 10 am , 10:04 the waiters were closing the buffet. Suggestion: upgrade yor dinner service to simple freshly prepared choices and extend breakfast service to 10:30.

The room we had was huge and perfect for a family with teenagers The hotel is well maintained It’s not in the city of Como but 15 minutes away by car But it’s perfect because it has parking lot and it’s free So for us that was the best part because parking in the city center is quite tricky.

We were only staying a night on our way to Puglia. But we'd had a long drive stuck in much traffic. Check in was friendly and quick and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff in the bar and restaurant were brilliant. We just needed a bit of food with a minimum of fuss and they really looked after us.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. On site parking lot was convenient. Not too many dining options in walking distance. Very nice for the one night we stayed.
