Location is magnificent - close to restaurants, trams and beach. Property itself is dated but that is not a deal breaker for me. The view in our apartment was obscured by building in front . If booking this property ask for apartment on higher floor. Would definitely stay here again

Filthy, unhealthy outdated unit. Some items unable to use due to health risk ( microwave burnt inside and rusted and filthy) pots and pans not washed and burnt. Cutlery no desert spoons. Cups and glasses chipped cracked.

Very worn with a carpet mat in lounge that should have gone long ago.
Blankets need a launder we just never felt clean in the unit.

The unit had absolutely stunning ocean views . The interior was a little tired but who cares all you look at is the view .
Location was perfect easy walk to all or the light rail was so convenient.

We Rented an apartment here for my husbands birthday weekend. The weekend was great, however the accommodation was appalling.
The apartment had 2 couches in it, one was perfect, the other was old and had tears in it.
The coffee table had a huge mark on it. The walls were dirty and stained. The balcony was putrid. It was the bathroom that was the absolute worst though.. It was gross. It was a tiny broom cupboard really, containing washer and drier, basins, toilet and shower.
It was old and out dated and grubby. The shower was one of those old showers with the bathtub in the bottom, it was like a pill capsule stood on its end. It was so gross i felt dirtier getting out of that shower than i did getting in it. There was mold in the grout and the floor actually moved under your feet. Like there was nothing under the shower bottom. It was such a small shower you barely had room to turn around.
We wont ever stay in this establishment again.

Clean spacious apartment, friendly staff, great location, close to cavill without the noise. Beach across the road, beautiful views. We have rebooked for next year again, simple process. Request of high floor was given, very happy. Yes the property is dated compared to others, but i really have no complaints, apartment had everything we needed!

The location and the view are excellent. Unfortunately the cleaners for this apartment are not thorough and there were a number of issues that I raised with reception regarding cleaning that were not rectified during my extended stay.

We loved the location and the staff. The room was nice.The only thing in the apartment we didn’t like was the shower screens need to be treated for mould and there was a sewage smell coming up from the waste pipes.

The property delivers what it says with no frills or extras, certainly no shampoo, tissues, salt and pepper or little touches. Next time will probably look for something a bit more luxurious and/or better value.

The property was conveniently located with an ocean view from within the apartment and a large balcony. The apartment was spacious with all required amenities plus some. The bed was clean and comfortable. However had to open the doors to air out and get rid of the old building smell. The shower was small, old and bouncy under feet.

Even though the building is starting to age our room was clean and tidy and had a magnificent view of the ocean. Staff were friendly. Parking space was tight but manageable. Only issue was our TV didn’t work when we arrived which was not able to be fixed until the next day. If we return to Surfers we would like to stay there again

I loved it, the location, cleanliness and very comfortable, only one think not really good which is the pillows, either extremely soft or extremely hard, other than that I enjoyed the stay and will recommend it to people.
Just they need to get better quality pillows.

Liked everything about the place, we were on 11th floor with amazing views of beach. Great location with restaurants, bars, shops and groceries near by. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.

Good value at short notice booking. Has underground parking, secure access, elevator, balcony with a view! Large bedroom and and living spaces - fully appointed kitchen. Short walk to Surfers Paradise center, Coles/Woolies, restaurants and bars. Beach was just across the road. Great value for a quick, or long getaway.

We found the location excellent. Staff were very polite & helpful. Smooth check-inn. All our details were ready at the desk for us to sign in. No waiting which is always great when travelling. Can not ask for better service.

A fantastic location, so central to everything and the beach literally across the road.
The property is clean but aged. Other aspects outweigh this though, location, spectacular views and great facilities, including carpark. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a great stay and will return again. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Disappointing! Advertised wifi - non existing. Needed it for work. Front desk only open 9-5 Mon-Fri and 9-1 Sat. Bad luck if you needed something out of hours - LIKE WIFI! Our 2 apartments were very basic and very old. Really need to be updated asap. Location is excellent. Right across from the beach and a hop jump and skip to Cavill Ave, eateries aplenty and Woolworth supermarket close by too. Parking is free and very secure. Overall the stay of 6 days was ok except for the issues with wifi. Price very reasonable as you are paying for location.

Great location with amazing beach views from each window on our 12th floor. Apartment was clean, facilities and grounds were lovely. Daily visit from parrots were a welcomed surprise. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops and tram. Would definitely stay again.
