I chose this hotel because it was near LaGuardia airport, was inexpensive, and had good reviews online. This hotel did not disappoint -- it was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and seemed to have memorized my name. My room was clean and comfortable with not a thing out of place. I used the free shuttle to get the airport and it was speedy and comfortable, and the driver was extremely professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay if flying into LaGuardia. Shuttle service was prompt, friendly & fun.
All workers were helpful & polite. Free breakfast buffet that was an excellent way to start the day. Close to the 7 train to ride into Manhattan.

Check in was easy. I have stayed at this hotel several times. But the room 1207 was awful. The toilet had to flush at least type for number1. Could not do anything else. The walls very thin.

Loved the executive suite. I was pleasantly surprised about the size of the room. It is so convenient to the airport (the free shuttle was great!) and to the Flushing Main Street sub station.

If you know NYC, this is a great place to stay: my room (a suite) was clean and HUGE, bigger than most Manhattan studios, with a desk, dining table, and kitchenette; there's a free 24h shuttle to LGA; and the 7 train (30min to Grand Central, less if express) is a 5-10min walk through NYCs largest Chinatown, so TONS of great restaurants. However, many tourists may wish to splurge on a stay in Manhattan, so as to be close to all of the attractions and glam.

The hotel is spacious and clean. It looks to have been recently renovated. The breakfast was plentiful and nice with attentive service. No bell service seem to be offered for the bags, but we usually don’t use that anyway. The trip to LaGuardia with the free shuttle was quick.

over all service is 4/5; the restaurant/ breakfast crew is very attentive, they remembered my preferred beverage for breakfast- they are respectful; the front desk staff sees to it that we get the best value of our stay even letting us know that their preferred airport transporter may be more expensive during the time of day of our travel
some few things to point out: the hotel AC is noisy at night; the driver of the hotel shuttle was reckless during one of our service to the sports venue- he would cut too fast in front of other drivers and swerved hard on corners and intersection

We were coming in from London and spending one night before flying home the next day. Everything was great but there was a new club across the street that had pounding music still going on at 5 am. We told the front desk upon checking out and it’s been an issue with local law enforcement. Other than that the buffet breakfast at the restaurant was wonderful and the room was great.

I chose this hotel due to its airport shuttle. Very convenient. We got upgraded to a suite and room was very spacious, bed extremely comfy. Included breakfast started at 6:30 but had an early flight and couldn’t make it. Overall very nice hotel. Very happy with our stay!

Wonderful staff! I had a cancelled flight and the shuttle came to pick me up very quickly. They even took me back the next morning at 4 am!! Very nice room. Sure, you can hear the planes as others have mentioned but you’re near the airport, so of course!! Lovely to receive a complimentary bottle of wine after the long travel day. Thanks to the friendly staff!

The hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was great. We just had 1 issue. We checked in after 10pm. The room was at 83 degrees because a/c was off. We turned it on. It didn’t feel like it was cooling. I called and they said it could tale 30 mins to cool. We were exhausted and fell asleep. We had a miserable night. We woke up at 6am sweating. It was 82 degrees in the room. A/C never cooled. We went to front desk and they moved us to another room. That was great.

choose this hotel because we had a good stay last time. Not a very good experience during this stay. Not enough toiletries was provided for the number of days and number of persons that we were there. We had to ration among us for the last two days.
This is NYC, and they are still using tiny bar soap, no bodywash.
