The bed was a little hard.

Clean room, great service at a reasonable price. Nice area with a well-lit parking lot. Parking was $10 per night. Nice lounge area in the lobby. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast. Two things made it less than excellent: the beds were not comfortable and were very creaky. I think the mattress was on a wood platform base. Also, there were 2 electrical outlets in the nightstand lamp base but none that were accessible in the walls by the beds, and one wall outlet by the desk-not very convenient for 2 CPAPs and 5 phone/watch chargers.

Everything was fine. The breakfast was excellent. The only negative - towels not very soft.

Check-in was not pleasant arriving to find out that you get hit with extra fees. A little bit of negative attitude at check-in started our stay off rough. Beds were very uncomfortable. The rest of our stay we had good service and interaction with staff

Mac's Local Eats was the best. And parking was really good. However I didn't like how the streets are arranged but it is a very old and historic city.

This property was perfect for our classic family weekend getaway in St. Louis. The facility was safe, clean, and easy to access. (Turn in to parking lot was a bit hard to locate at night) The amenities offered made it perfect for a fun and relaxing stay. The staff were extremely polite and attentive to guests needs. We will
be staying at this location again in the future. (Only con is the shower head. It’s giving 80s model)

Very clean, comfortable, and attractive throughout. Great staff. I was recently out of hospital after major surgery, and the young woman who checked us in was wonderfully helpful. Very comfortable bed, and the room was spotless.

Excellent location. Macs local eatery next to the hotel is a real asset. Excellent beers and incredible farm to table cheeseburgers.

Absolutely no complaints about this property! Everything and everyone was very nice! The staff was great, the breakfast had plenty of options, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool was nice and relaxing…there was even a cute little restaurant right next door. We frequent St. Louis often and will definitely stay here again.

The room was great, although the trash can was in a weird spot and there was only one. The only issue was with traffic noise. This really only bothered half our family, so I don’t think it was a big problem. Shower and beds were nice. Good breakfast. You do have to pay for parking, but it is worth it to not worry about your car.

I liked the area and easy access to highway 64 to get in and out of downtown. Ten minutes from the arch and Busch stadium.

We paid ahead online. When we arrived, they added on an “incidental” fee and & $10 for parking. Then were taxes to be expected and a $61.40 pet deposit.
