The front desk as amazing as usual. However, I was very disappointed in the Continental breakfast. Woke up nice and early to get the hot breakfast I thought would be all there being the warmer containers were all set up. Disappointed there was no eggs and bacon type of bfast ever brought out.

Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Only thing was at checkin they charged us a fee to park at the hotel on top of the room fee. All the hotel we have stayed in over the years travelling this is the only hotel that has charged to park to stay at there hotel.

The staff was so helpful and polite. I could tell that they really cared about how the lobby looked and greeting everyone that walked through. The air unit in our room was not cooling, but it was quickly fixed while we were out for the day. The parking was convenient but really tight and hard to navigate a large SUV. I would book at this hotel again.

This is one of the most run-down Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. It is in great need of a refreshing lift inside. The staff was great, but the hotel is old and needs to be refreshed.

Room 203 is probably the worst room location in the building. Heard non stop traffic, people talking, stairway door slamming. Walls seemed thin. Not good for traveling with kiddos or just wanting some rest after traveling. Room floor appeared to not have been vacuumed. Crumbs and someone’s earring on the floor. I should’ve known when there were earplugs provided. Didn’t know about the noise canceling machine until a few hours after checkin. There should be some sort of noise disclaimer similar to construction notices on property websites. I would’ve booked a different location.

The hotel was clean and so was the room. The beds were a bit hard but that didn't take away from the overall satisfaction with the room. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative was the price, but perhaps that is normal for the area? Parking garage was nice too. And breakfast good.

The traffic was so close to the hotel that we were literally unable to sleep. Because the hotel is located on a main road, the traffic lasted all night including bus pickups with incredibly loud breaks. Beds were also not comfortable on top of being woken up every few hours.

Woman at the front desk was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. Perfect location near UTK. Lot of traffic noise outside our room but they did leave us earplugs.

Large, clean rooms; really nice staff and a great location for walking around Knoxville. The breakfast was really good and it was wonderful to have newspapers, lemonade, cold water and cookies. We had a room facing the street and pretty noisy at night with traffic but the room had a noise machine which worked perfectly. Would definitely stay here again

The room was big enough for 3 adults. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was included every morning until 10 am. Hotel is about 4 to 5 blocks to Market Street and all good restaurants.

We had a great stay and would return when in the area! Super convenient to the Convention Center and the town square which had tons of great restaurant options.

INice location because i's easy to get into the covered parking garage from Interstate 40 and walking from there into the city sites is on a tree-shaded and brick-lined street path.

The staff was helpful and friendly, you could tell they enjoyed working together making the stay easy and memorable. The site has easy parking and was safe and quiet.
