The hotel had everything, such as an elevator, lots of amenities, and close to the main rail station. Just be aware that the rooms are small, but that was not an issue for me. Who goes on vacation and spends all day in their hotel room ?

Stayed here whilst visiting Frankfurt for the Euros. Very convenient for a football trip and of limited concerns for a group of men. It is however in the centre of the red light district and during the evening it gets busy and noisy. During the day it is quite dirty and we observed extensive public drug abuse.

Grand Hotel was a strange stay. The hotel itself was quite nice, and our room was quaint, clean, and well lit. The bed was not very comfortable and the comforter did not cover both of our bodies (there is a spare in the closet, though). The staff were kind and helped us in storing our luggage for the day. However, the location around the hotel is pretty sketchy. On our way into the hotel, I was catcalled multiple times and witnessed many scenes of drug use. The street that this hotel is on is infamous for red light district and drugs. The addicts will keep to themselves, but the fact is that the street is so uncomfortable. A shame for this nicer hotel to be in such a bad area.

The experience was very bad and I never ever forget the hotel with bad memory.
I called for dantel kid, they said come Receiption and take, I asked for shaving kit they didn’t have. Water was not in the room. Parking was not available. Room was small as in the picture they mentioned.

I loved the staff, by far. my favorite part. The room was spacious, the area lighting could be better, but the LEDs were fun. The surrounding night life gets pretty rowdy, but I can guarantee your safe inside with these guys.

The property is really close to the main station which is nice, but definitely makes us feel uncomfortable walking in/out the property towards the city. The block nearby is really not where you want to walk around alone at night or even with kids. The surrounding area slightly biased my impression about the room itself.

Beware the area is NOT safe, lots of drug addicts around and it is the Red light area (prostitutes). Did not feel safe walking around at all day or night.

If you want safety… don’t book here. We tried to get to the property and 6-7 police were raiding and arresting several people next door. Street is lined with garbage and all the people living on the street made me worried if car would be safe overnight. The manager wouldn’t let us cancel or get a refund. Don’t stay here if safety and kindness is a concern for you.

This hotel is in the worst area of Frankfurt, not safe to go out at night at all. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are fine, but the air con did not work well and with the window open the noise outside was so loud that you can not sleep, checked out a day early.

This hotel is in the middle of the red light district. The area surrounding this hotel is extremely unsafe, and the noises throughout the night were terrifying.
We had a reservation for two nights and left after the first. Even in the morning when we tried to leave, the scene outside was very concerning.Do not stay here.

The hotel itself and the room were great. Clean and recently renovated and our room was quiet and bathroom large. Unfortunately this hotel is in the middle of the red light district and you felt unsafe at night anywhere surrounding the hotel.

It was so bad staying ever, the elevator wasn’t working at the first day, the room door’s cannot be opened, shower holder broken, The shower basin is clogged and dirty water floats out of the toilet . I asked to move for a room with balcony but it wasn’t.

Frederick was very impolite, unsafe area, dirty room and very nasty bathroom. We bought our own cleaning products to clean the room. This is absolutely no 4 star hotel, not even 2 stars. Next time send someone to check if it is 4 stars hotel. Broken windows, all the sound of outside came in the room we couldn’t sleep. Broken mirrors in the room.
