The customer service was excellent and the hotel was ideally situated. Our room was sizeable and great for our needs but the room was always humid and moist (like it was in dire need of needing a dehumidifier) from the time we walked through the door until our trip was over.

I’ve stayed at quite a few Best Western’s, but this one by far was the best! The staff was always on point to answer questions, make recommendations and show care and compassion to their guest. Ashley went out her way to ensure everyone was well taken care of!

The sheets were dirty. The staff was not as welcoming, or friendly as other places we have stayed in OC. They do not advertise that there is no pool. The breakfast layout if terrible, the worst we have experienced in a hotel.

Bathroom door lock was broken. Condition of the room was okay but had issue with the payment which they could’ve given credit when I paid the first night and my card was stolen but somehow still made me pay the full payment again on spot. The employees were helpful but manager could have been just a bit more helpful for our stay as we were a large group for a 4 day stay

Nice hotel, great breakfast and very friendly people at the front desk. Ashley and Victoria really helped us with best way to reach Assateague, things to do over there. That information was super helpful. It not only saved us valuable time but $$$ too.

The breakfast bar was on point. The front desk was always helpful. The staff were very friendly and informed. Room service was excellent. This was an amazing stay in ocean city Maryland. My kids and I had an amazing time in the city and at this hotel.

The staff were amazing, the room was clean, and parking was available. The hotel is just a three-minute walk from the beach, but we opted to drive across the street due to all our beach gear. I highly recommend this hotel for families with kids.
