Wonderful place to stay

Beautiful property. Very well set out. Pool and sauna were very relaxing and accessible. Pleasantly surroundings. Only thing we found missing were glassware in the kitchen and a rubbish bin in the apartment. Not a big deal but more for reference for th owners.

We hifhly recommend having cordless vacuums in each property. We were infested with moths the first night snd i couldn't clean up the dead ones, had to call cleaners to clean them. Outdoor sesting area could have been cleaner, full of spider webs and bugs. Aircon wasnt working in the main room and the shutters couldnt be opened as they were broken. Also the sloding door track was filthy and full of moths, mainly alive.

Nice place to stay. Good room with patio and large shower in bathroom. Reception service was lovely and friendly but breakfast service could have been better (slow to greet and failed to ask if we wanted to order any food).

The only negative was i booked a king studio. According to the website, there was supposed to be a view of the golf course or water. No view.
Could not find the swimming pool as shown on the website not even with the property map

It was nice stay over the weekend. The heated pool was great for kids. If they have more kids programs during the school holiday it will be great.

Excellent customer service. We arrived early but our room was ready. The villa was clean and very impressive. Very comfortable and large beds. Great shower water pressure.
The indoor pool was clean and just warm enough. The sauna was also clean and heated very well. It was very quiet at night, so easy to sleep and the place was generally well maintained. The only thing we found missing was a bin in the kitchen/living area but we could use one from the bathroom so no big deal. Overall, we would stay again.

The only thing I liked is the area. The property is clearly not maintained. We stayed in Villa 1105, and to start with, the property was dirty: dust everywhere, the bench tops in the kitchen were sticky and I don’t even want to sit on the sofa. The taps in the toilet don’t work. I had to turned in the switches underneath the sink and then water came and then to turn them again to turn off the water. The shower taps for the secondary bathroom were installed incorrectly. I turned on “hot” tap and let it tan for 10mins only cold water came out, only then I figured out that the taps were wrong. One of the front desks ladies was nice, the other simply doesn’t want to be there. I won’t come back to this hotel and I dont recommend.

Newly renovated.
Staff told us our rooms were newly renovated however they weren’t. Still nice though but bathrooms could be taken with more care. For example in one room the tap made a hammer sound and the plantation shutters were in a horrible state. Worn out and some slats were broken.

I and my husband visited for my husband’s birthday but this hotel was old and not clean. Sometime noisy out side. Bathroom was not clean and when turned on shower it came disgusting smells. Even no complementary water so very disappointed.

Was an absolute beautiful property and resort. We really enjoyed our stay. Wanted to thank all the staff for their help and professionalism, mainly wanted to thank Maddie at the front desk, she is joyful and always helpful.

We arived at 2:20pm, and was told the room wasn't ready. Understandable as it was a 3pm checkin and so was asked to come back.
We returned at 3pm, and reception called housekeeping to find out no one was even cleaning my room. We weren't offered anything other than, "sorry room isn't ready". I asked if I could be put into a different room. Took her 5 mins to sort it out and she gave me keys to another room. We drove to the villa, only to walk into a chained door and someone else already staying there. She had given me keys to an occupied room.
Had to drive all the way back to get it sorted. Finally 40 mins later, we got it sorted, only to enter a room that looked dark, uninviting and definitely not like the photos.
The beach access is also a long winding walk on sand, which on a hot day, was unbearably hot to walk on.
Very disappointed, wouldn't stay again.

I was expecting luxury, clean villa but it was so run down, decor, lounge, dining dirty and dusty, tap was running. It needs a lot of TLC. Definitely not worth the rate they charge for each night. Glad we booked for the 1 night and not 5 as we planned.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay in 3 bed villa at Pullman Magenta Shores. Highlight were the facilities; pools, gym, sauna, tennis courts and restaurant all great! Family friendly resort.
Beds in the Villa were on wheels; apart from the master bed, the remaining beds were uncomfortable (moved if you rolled in your sleep) and tilted to one side if you had some weight on them.
Daily room service for villas not included but could be requested for an extra fee. Would suggest that a towel renewal service (kitchen towels and bath towels) be included at least every second day; towels were not changed throughout our 4 night stay.

Fantastic stay at Pullman Magenta shores!
Have been here twice for our anniversary and my birthday, absolutely fantastic place to stay, facilities are great, staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, they go out of their way for their guests and overall a great time. Such a good escape, will definitely be back again 😊

We absolutely loved staying at the Pullman Magenta, the staff were so lovely and helpful, the villa was amazing, comfortable and beautiful view of the pool. The only negative was the staff at the golf shop, he was very rude to my husband regarding him playing golf and using the driving range and my husband felt very belittled and angry.

The resort was nice, and quiet, and the room was lovely. The facilities were excellent, but the staff were a bit hit and miss. While most staff were polite, professional and very helpful, a couple of encounters left us feeling like we were an inconvenience.

Beautiful resort with manicured gardens. Villas were very spacious. Facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. I will definitely be returning.

Great space for larger families, and very comfortable, light and bright. Overall felt like ita a super good 4/4 star hotel, not quite the 5 star property it's advertised as. There were a few teething issues with our room, which we would've expected would've been checked before guests stayed in the rooms. Staff were very helpful, but lots of mixed information about inclusions and offerings throughout the stay. Food options were also just ok. The beach location was fabulous, so wild and beautiful.

Great value for money. 3 bedroom villa, spacious and easily accomodated 3 adults and 2 children in comfort. Certainly does not deserve some of the negative reviews we read. Reception staff very friendly.

Really disappointed with our stay this time but I don’t think it’s a true reflection of the hotel as we have had good experiences in the past so I think this was just a one off experience.
1) Heating was not working in the room at all so we all got really cold
2) Indoor pool heater was faulty so we could not swim

Property is tired. They don’t clean daily and room wasn’t clean when we arrived. Dirty carpets and hair in bathroom

Great location. Staff were very attentive and professional.
Accommodation was spacious n clean but showing its age in some area's .e.g. carpet stains and lots of scuff marks on walls,bedroom block out curtain was broken in parts.
