We stayed at the property in early September.
Picked the property based on its location and facilities available.
As you can imagine its not a short trip getting to Bali.
But it didn't fall short of expectations.
I called ahead of it time explaining that we were celebrating our anniversary and if there was anything the team can do. The team kindly provided a flower petal bath and a decorative bed display really sweet of them.
We were greated with a much needed cold towel and refreshment. The Team there asked on every occasion when they can attend to do the villa clean to fit around our scheduled for the day.
It's was a full clean from the pool surface and floor, kitchen, bathrooms bed turn over as one would expect.
They attended daily to spray for the mosquito at 6:30pm like clock work.
When having breakfast at the villa you have the option of having it set up in the pool or the table. We opted for the table as we didn't fancy a cold dip in the morning.
The pool is not heated so best to wait for the sun to heat it up if you fancy a dip.
Now I would mention that since it's an open door villa you do get Geko's coming and going as they please. These little creatures can keep you up at night but nothing a pair of ear plugs can't resolve.
We arranged for spa treatment while we were there. You can have this arranged at the villa or the spa room we opted for the villa for more privacy. Just as a note they only have female staff members for the spa.

We had a fabulous time. The Villa is so amazing, quiet, excellent location to shops, dining and beach. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we loved waking to our morning breakfast being made fresh in our Villa, and we appreciated the golf buggy rides to the local area. Thank you.

Absolutely fabulous!!! Our family loved our stay at Kunja Villas. It was our oasis during our stay in Seminyak. Great location, surprisingly quiet, fantastic pool, wonderful outdoor living area, superb breakfasts in your villa. The buggy taking us to various locations was wonderful.

We really liked The Kunja Villas in Seminyak. The Villas are very nice and clean, The Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely, only downside was the water temperature was quite warm. It was quite Hot (1st March to the 9th March 2024) when we visited and only place to sit to get relief is in the bedroom where the A/C is located. We did enjoy our stay thank the staff for a wonderful time!

The property team was really good. They were very professional but also very kind, helpful and friendly. The villa was absolutely sunning. The Water in a villa machine is better than waters in other shops… and since I started using it all my stomach symptom subsided…
Also I would like to say a bing thank you to the reception team for their promptness and for they way team reacted when my friend was dehydrated.
I can not score this properly for less than a 10/10..
Ps. Tiny feedback regarding the breakfasts.. please make some minor changes… add some different fruit, ham, cheese etc… tiny difference every would be amazing

Perfect villa for a 2 week stay. Kitchen had all we required, pool was best designed we have seen. Comfy bed a ceiling fan in bedroom would have been good. Great outside bathroom. All staff were fantastic housekeeping, Spa ladies, security, pool & garden guys 😊 and the added benefit of a shuttle to Seminyak square and other areas. We will differently be back. Maybe needed to do a fogging for the mozzies of an evening.

Went for a week-long break with my wife and we booked a single bedroom villa at The Kunja. The villa was excellent, clean and tidy. The staff went out of their way to assist in any way possible, we almost felt likes royals. They had a buggy that took you to wherever you wanted to go at no cost. There were so many restaurants nearby to choose from, we were struggling to make up our minds. Fantastic experience and we would definitely book there again.

A wonderful place to stay. Very central location - easy to walk to the beach and the centre of Seminyak (but the hotel still provides free transport). Despite the central location, the villa itself was very peaceful and quiet. Exceptionally clean. The breakfast service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Staff are very friendly, polite and attentive. No negative points. Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently stayed at The Kunja in Seminyak, Bali for 2 weeks in Jan 2023 and it was a truly amazing experience. The villa was beautiful and well-appointed with high-end appliances, dishes, and utensils, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had an open-concept design that was surprisingly spacious.
The private pool was a highlight of our stay, and we enjoyed spending time on the pool deck, surrounded by lush greenery. The outdoor pavilion with a large daybed and fans was also a great place to relax and escape the hot and humid weather during the rainy season.
The staff at The Kunja was exceptional, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. We also appreciated the daily breakfast that was served in the villa, which was always delicious and perfectly prepared.
The location of The Kunja was perfect, with many great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The staff provided excellent recommendations for places to eat and shop, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

Stayed here 2 days for my honeymoon. We had our private pool villa, it was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and we got free transportation to some local places in Seminyak. We paid for English breakfast (the chef came to our villa to cook) the breakfast isn’t worth it, I suggest eating outside at a cheaper price and better food quantity and quality. They have in room service from restaurants, we ordered from Italian Job Restaurant and they gave a pasta with crab and the crab wasn’t cut and nor did they provide crab cutting cutlery ( we were disappointed). We also were disturbed twice during our stay by staff. Once our door bell rang, received notice and was advised there will be construction going on then the day we were going to check out, we received call from front desk at 10.m. to remind us that we have to checkout at noon 12:00p.m. which I found rude and wrong of them, we obviously know we have to check out and no other place has ever done that before. Overall good place to stay if you want privacy, quiet and peace.

We had the pleasure of spending 5 nights at Kunja Villas.
The villas themselves, ours was a one bedroom, are amazing. The bedroom is large with an extremely comfortable bed and great air conditioning. Bathroom is spacious with a large tub.
The outdoor lounge area is spacious with a nice couch and table.
The pool was a really good temperature and size but a rather odd layout ranging from 1.1 metres to a small section that dropped to 2.2 metres with a "ledge" around the inside of the pool that was a consistent 1.1 metres. It didn't have any negative impact as we spent a lot of time in the pool.
The staff are highly professional and cleaning is thorough.
Kunja Villas is in a good location as it is close to Soham Spa and Gym is virtually next door as well as Is Jin, a steak restaurant. Plus places like Livingstone Bakery and Cafe, Ling Lints, Coffee Cartel and Taco Casa, see separate reviews, are within a 10-15 minute walk. It is only a short taxi trip to the many restaurants in Seminyak.

We stayed in Kunja 6 days for our honeymoon. We got chef come in to prepare breakfast and afternoon tea with us everyday, the private pool is spacious, in fact the villa is so private that we never get to meet the next door lol.
Needed to walk a bit of the road before getting to a proper sidewalk but staffs at Kunja are kind enough to offer drop off and pick up for free, which saved us a lot of money on the taxi.
Staffs at Kunja can communicate in English well and are very helpful and friendly. This is the best hotel/villa I have stayed so far, would definitely recommend friends staying here if anyone is visiting Bali.
