Nice indoor pool with hot tub and friendly staff. a few minute walk to the central bus terminal if you want to save money on parking at Dollywood.

I was highly upset that I found two roaches in my room. The management wanted to move us to the room under the room that we were staying in but I was not having that resolution. The management kept saying that they pre-treat their rooms, it was not their fault, someone dragged them. No matter. My room and the room next to mine had roaches and we needed to be compensated. Eventually we were moved to another room in the new section of the hotel. No one offered to help us move. I had to leave my belongings on my porch when I got home and wash my clothes in super hot water to make sure that we didn't carry home any unwanted "friends". We have stayed here many times and have never experienced this happening.

I would only give this hotel a 2 star for the breakfast and pool area. The rest of the hotel isn't what is described or shown in the pictures. The hotel is very outdated, which was fine to start, but once we settled in our room we realized how unclean it was. Our socks were black on the bottom within minutes of being there. I wouldn't book here again.

The property is an old building, needs some upgrade. The king bed is too high, so to get on the bed was struggling every time.

Booked for a two queen bed with balcony but the hotel overbooked and ended up with an accessible room.
Front desk person mentioned that Hotels.com didn’t send them the room info that I booked for so not sure if that’s true or not. The room that we stayed in could used cleaning and updating.

Always love to stay here. The hotel has slowly done upgrades over the years. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is limited though.

We really loved our stay. It was so cheap and there were 2 pools and a hot tub and it wasn’t very busy. We were very surprised with the hot breakfast also! We stayed here for a night and then was going to a waterpark resort the rest of the weekend and we actually said we wished we had just stayed there. We preferred the smaller hotel with a warm breakfast and pool over the crazy busy, overcharged hotel we ended up at.

The exterior elevator smelled so bad it was nauseating.
I took the stairs the remainder of stay after the first trip on it. Overall I have stayed in worse but have definitely stayed in much better.

loved our stay here for 3 nights. Friendly customer service, straight to the point. The outside of the hotel looks a little outdated and we were skeptical but it turned out to be really nice and clean. Comfortable, AFFORDABLE. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi in my suite. Definitely recommend!

This hotel is a great overnight stop if you are on a longer trip as it’s affordable. The beds were comfortable and parking was free/easy. It’s located right on the strip of all the exciting attractions in Pigeon Forge. I don’t think I would stay here longer than an overnight stay as our room wasn’t very clean and the breakfast wasn’t good.

All the staff are very courteous and polite, always willing to help you. We have been coming here for years and really enjoy our stay.Its convenient you can walk up and down the sidewalk and go eat,go to ride go carts and other rides as well .we feel welcomed when we go to Vacation lodge.

This place isn't what it is advertised to be. Air conditioner didn't work moved us to another room the ceiling tile above shower was about to cave in and the air conditioner in that room worked but leaked. You have to pay for your own ice and the rooms are enter from the outside. Falsely advertised. I wouldn't stay here again.

The rooms were nice. They have been remodeled. The exterior if the huilding needs work. The blding gives an off an old vibe. Clientel is iffy. Dont think i would stay again.

It was a perfect room for our once nights stay, it was able to sleep everyone we had with us. The beds were comfortable and the room was cool the minute we walked so it definitely felt good after being in the heat. This is a good place to go if you’re wanting to stay maybe long then we did or one night

Room is clean but you can tell the building is old. Cracks in wall, chips in the tub etc. breakfast was powdered eggs and biscuits with that powdered gravy basically. Not very good. It was fine. Not good and not bad.

Very affordable, air conditioning worked amazing, and breakfast was great! Really outdated but that didn’t affect our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was open and nice for the kids.
